This review reflects this branch in particular and the customer service manager Heather. I don’t know how she even has a job in customer service. She makes this bank/branch look TERRIBLE. We purchased a boat for $30,000 from somebody who had a loan through Banner bank she was so unknowledgeable and didn’t even try to be helpful with questions I had since there wasn’t a decent paper trail of the loan process transfer. She told me to hand write my own receipt for what it was for when I asked for a memo of what I was spending $30,000 on. She also had the audacity to say they only do notaries for customers…I’m sorry I’m not a customer but I just gave your bank $30,000 and her attitude would NEVER make me want to bank there in a million years.Luckily Robert was so kind to do the notary for us. Five stars go to him but unfortunately Heather ruined everything.Also, must note while we are doing this transition that she takes a personal call in front of us and is talking about somebody buying a birthday gift for her.

I went in Monday to get a check for my business on our line of credit. The teller was very nice and needed to call someone for approval. After about 10 minutes of waiting around it was determined that the teller would need to wait for someone to answer. I left my business card and asked her to call me when the check was ready since I live in Tualatin it was no problem to stop by in the morning. Well on Tuesday morning there is a sign on the door saying the bank is closed. No email from the teller, no phone call about how to access my money. Terrible way to run a business. Apparently they are not interested in our business. Many more banks out there who would probably appreciate our business.

It's a bank so it shouldn't be that tough... Except specifically Sara Luna is rude and obtuse. The customer service interaction is forced and she obviously doesn't want to be there. The lack of respect and consideration for others is inexcusable.

This Bank is not open on the weekends nor will they cash a check with Snapshot or atms. But they charge overdraft fees on the weekend???

I am super sad, this rating is JUST for this branch, NOT the company as a whole. The ladies I spoke with on the company's 800 number were beyond kind and helpful and this does not reflect them at all. I called the 800 number after being scammed over $2500 through a "venmo security" phone call and was desperate to try to block the transactions.They suggested I call this branch because they may be able to do something to block the transaction while pending. I called the branch, and I WISH I had gotten the name of the lady who picked up. She was beyond rude to me, antagonizing me and laughing that "of course there was NOTHING they could do", saying "I don't even know your name" among other things. I was so shocked. I had just been robbed, I was already sad and out of sorts and to have a representative here be so, so rude to me was shocking and not like the Banner Bank I know. Fortunately, I called back the 800 number and they were much more helpful and we started making progress towards sorting this out since THIS BRANCH left me in the dark, and I no longer felt comfortable calling them. The call took place around 3:00 PM on 7/10/20, hopefully the branch can figure out who answered this phone call and listen to its recording for themselves. They SHOULD NOT be working here! Hopefully management reads this and acts on it because this lady will ruin your guys' great customer service reputation. If it wasn't for Shandra and Brandy on the 800 line, I would be switching banks right now.

Great local bank. I've been banking her for 7 years, and I've always been more than happy with the service provided. I would definitely recommend this bank if you're looking for an alternative to the big four and something with a local touch.

Shout out to Gail for her amazing customer service and working with me to get my business account set up. Very professional, knowledgeable and kind. Everyone needs a Gail working at their company! I highly recommend the team here at the Tualatin Banner bank.

Pretty tough to give even 1 star. Many mistakes, one employee talks so loud that everyone in the branch knows your business. Several mistakes made by multiple employees with wire transfers, including losing where they tranferred money to and multiple service charges on one transaction. They limit the withdrawal amount to $5k unless you call a week ahead, it goes on and on. Doesn't help that managers door is always closed. Maybe okay as an ATM place, except when they run out of cash, happened to me multiple times. Saw a peeson come in to open an accoint and told to come back later because they were too busy. I was the only other customer in the branch and there were 5 employees at the time in there. Ugh.
