“This is the second car that I have had Eric work on. Previously he did the work at my office, but now does his magic at his business. It was less convenient for me, but working with Eric is a delight and worth bringing the car to him. His attention to detail is 100% and he is totally customer centered - great advice, great skills.
If you want it done right the first time, this is the place. I tried tinting my first car three times (it looks so easy on YouTube), but there was always something screwed up when I got done - grrrr.
Eric also does paint protection, detailing, and ceramic coating too. 100% recommended.”

“Wow! I was referred by a friend and needed my windshield replaced and recalibrated. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, having to get something fixed can make me a little nervous . The office staff and technician staff were so kind and welcoming when I had my initial appointment.
After 2 weeks I noticed what sounded like a wind leak and my calibration was not working quite right so we made an appointment to get it looked at. Again, the team was so kind and were so quick to fix the issue. (Don’t let this deter you, my car would be the finicky one!)
This place takes pride in their work and their care is evident in how they treat their clients. Definitely check them out.”

“The most enterprising shop I have seen. Hector quickly made an estimate of what it would take to take the significant bend out of my car door. And in under an hour, he had the door fixed. Very good job, very competent bodyshop owner and very enterprising - he had a few minutes and simply worked the problem and fixed it. Definitely worth the stop if you are in need of body work on your car. They may do smaller mechanical fixes too like brakes suspension etc.”

Super easy text communication and upfront pricing with my insurance. Scheduling was easy and they came out to my home and were able to get everything replaced in less than an hour.
The cherry on top was going back into my car and seeing that the entire front of the car had been cleaned, floors vacuumed, and everything wiped down like a mini detail. Super nice and not something I expected. Also a step above from when I'd used safelife in the past (for a back window.) All in all would definitely recommend Metro Auto Glass for any window replacements!”

“Needed a new tire and this place came up first. They tried to repair my old tire for me before automatically offering a new one.They noticed I had two big chunks on another tire. They recommend two used tires in good condition and gave me a great deal. Everyone was kind and friendly and I was in and out.Comfortable coming alone as a young female. 10/10 recommend will be coming back next time I need tires”
“I took my car in to Gerber Collision and asked for someone to look at my car bumper issue. The manager came out to meet me and said he thought they could easily take care of my problem at least a temporary fix or it may last longer
Within 15 minutes back to me. I was so thrilled with their service and their willingness to look at my car at that time. There was no charge for this fix, I was surprised and grateful. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision customer service and help with me car.”
“Hoagland's Secret Sauce......It's hard to find experienced and well seasoned people these days. Gerber's mcloughlin blvd store in Portland seems to have figured out the secret sauce needed to balance what I need to keep coming back with what the business needs to do well. Managers like Ron Hoagland have this knack for handling difficult situations and turning them into great experiences. My beautiful old Jaguar got some great care and I got to talk with someone who's been there done that. To many people in the business are just putting in their time and collecting a check. Not the case with Gerber on mcloughlin and Ron Hoagland. You can just tell when someone has the experience needed to be a true pro while at the same time keeping my best interests in mind.

- they went and found the specific wheel cover for my bronco that i loved. My license plate had a huge hole in it, they took the time to make it look as normal as it could. Kept me updated on when the bronco was going to be done, my copay, and the estimate. When i came to pick it up they started it and turned on the heated seat and steering wheel so that it was comfortable. They also cleaned the outside and inside!!! So thankful!”
