“We were on a roadtrip earlier this week from WA to CA and stopped overnight in Portland. Parked on the street by our hotel and our Volvo was broken into - smashed the passenger front window and large rear window, and stole many personal items. The car was a mess. We had it towed via AAA to Action Auto Glass - just a random pick to get things fixed as they said they had the glass in stock. I'm going to put the next part in all CAPS because of how much we appreciated them. THEY ARE INCREDIBLE, DID A FANTASTIC JOB, QUICK, AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. They had our car turned around in less than 48 hrs, cleaned up all the broken glass, reorganized our car, and had it all back to tip-top shape. We picked up the car yesterday and are back on the road. Also the price was very reasonable given the rush service. We had to pay even though a portion will be reimbursed from our car insurance but happy regardless. Thanks to the guys, and especially the owner, at Action Auto Glass. You made a bright spot in an otherwise gloomy day.”
“I took my Corvette back for some emblems I wanted on my car and the vinyl stripe that I had bought little did I know the vinyl was crap. Willie went above and beyond the call and hooked me up with PDX eraps and got a stripe that looks amazing. I can't begin to tell you what great customer service this guy does. “My truck was recently broken into and the driver-side rear window was shattered. Dealing with insurance quickly became such a hassle. The repair shops I contacted couldn’t even tell me how many days they would need to keep my truck, and since I use it for work every day, trying to coordinate everything was becoming extremely stressful.
Then I found out that one of the collision repair centers actually uses Safelite for their glass replacements, so I decided to skip the middleman and go directly to Safelite in Beaverton. I’m SO glad I did.
To my surprise, paying my insurance deductible would have actually cost me more than simply paying Safelite directly. My window replacement was around $350, and the entire experience could not have been easier.
The lady at the front counter was absolutely wonderful. She has an amazing personality and truly understands customer service. She was welcoming, organized, efficient, and kept everything moving smoothly from the moment I arrived.
Michael was just as amazing. As soon as I arrived, he went out to inspect my truck, answered several questions I had about the window, and made me feel confident that everything was being taken care of properly. Before I knew it, less than an hour later, my truck was finished and ready to go.
Something I expected to be stressful, time-consuming, and expensive turned into an incredibly easy and pleasant experience.
It’s refreshing to find a company that offers great pricing, excellent workmanship, efficiency, and genuinely great customer service all at the same time. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Safelite Beaverton and would absolutely recommend them.
