Typical hallmark store with a handful of exceptions. Tight aisles make browsing when others are shopping difficult. Low lighting, especially in the card area, makes finding a card difficult. And the card selection was pretty limited, at least for non seasonal cards. I left to go to Safeway for a card.

The salespeople seemed overwhelmed, it was a couple days before Xmas. You may want to staff a bit higher to avoid that burnout.

I’ve been working very long, crazy hours lately . I was looking for something VERY specific . I managed to get off work an hour early to come straight to this hallmark. I called the store at 10 min until 8 , as I was pulling into the big parking lot to ask if I could run in and grab that specific item . Emily said “ no I’m sorry we’re closed but we do open at 9 am “. I told her that I could grab or she could grab it for me and make it out of the store by 8 . She said how sorry she was that they were closed . Well … my iPhone said it was only 7:54pm as I hung up AND she was locking the door AS I drove up to the parking spot in front of the door . I’m ticked off to say the least ! Wow !!!Cindy’s hallmark owner !! I’m SOOOOO incredibly disappointed .

Niche store that I guess if you love it you love it otherwise... had to pickup an online order and was very short on time and the two teens working there were more interested in chit chatting than manning the registers. Girl fetched my order and looked into the bag to see if there was something in there but just handed to me ... didn't take the time to unwrap the tiasue paper to confirm it was the right item or allow me to verify or inspect quality ...Not a repeat

Great shop to buy cards, gifts and holiday ornaments! Staff is super friendly and helpful. This is how stores are supposed to be.
