Most friendly and welcoming CrossFit gym!! Dropped in for a Saturday class while traveling through town, and absolutely didn’t regret it. Everyone was so nice and the workout was killer!! Just what I needed.

Awesome gym and amazing people. I was 34 weeks pregnant when I had a medical emergency while at the gym and everyone responded quickly and got me the help I needed. I can’t recommend CFT enough. 10/10
