First, I must point out that I rarely review businesses online, preferring to voice any issues I may have to the business management directly, however sometimes an online post is both warranted and appropriate.That said, I rented a box truck from the Enterprise location in Tualatin, OR expecting to move some business product between two locations over the following 4-day period. Preferring to do as much as possible online I used the enterprise online ap to reserve the truck. This was beyond a doubt the most user-friendly online rental process I have ever used – and I rent vehicles close-to a dozen times each year. The online process was so seamless and streamlined that, even though I had received a confirmation email I simply had to follow-up with a phone call, believing I must have done something incorrect. Speaking with the Assistant Manager, e.g., Heather - I discovered that I had in fact done everything correctly, and to take this one step further, Heather even confirmed the truck size I needed, time of pick-up and return time – just to put my mind at ease, but that in itself isn’t the reason for my review, which is actually what followed 1 day after my rental began.I unexpectedly had to drive twice the distance which was to Camarillo CA, 1000 miles from my starting point, wherein upon having the truck loaded with my business product I discovered the outside sidewall of one of the two dual rear wheels was completely blown out. Having had an entirely uneventful 1000 mile drive I was at a loss as to how this had occurred, and very concerned as to whether on a Friday evening at 4:00 PM, there would be a remedy that would have me back on the road for my 16-hour return. I immediately phoned Enterprise in Tualatin, OR and my call was answered by the assistant manager (Heather) again. Long story short – she got all relevant information regarding my exact location and the tire issue before bringing in the Manager of the Tualatin Enterprise location, i.e., Jason, and between the two of them had me back on the road within 2-hours. While this may seem like an easy process, when you factor in (1) this was a Friday evening, (2) the truck was not able to be driven to a location, especially before closing on a Friday evening, and (3) the necessity of finding the correct tire size, this was a case where time certainly was of the essence. Nevertheless, calls & arrangements were made, entirely without my having to lend a hand, even though I would have been glad to assist. Better yet, I was kept appraised of what was happening and who would be arriving and when – the whole step of the way.This was service! Exceptional service, and as a businessman myself I have to give credit to just how professional and empathetic both Jason and Heather were in handling my emergency in a manner that truly put their customer service skills to the test.A Big Thank You to Enterprise Tualatin – Management (Jason & Heather)!

My car had broken down so I had to get a rental car. I called and set up a reservation for 5 o'clock. I had to wait for a tow truck and then wait for an Uber to come get me to take me to this location and when I realized I was probably going to be a little bit late I called. They had me on hold for over 15 minutes and then just hung up. When I showed up at 5:15 the lady inside wouldn't even listen to me just shook her head no and mouth. There's nothing she can do. There were three customers inside, but she would not unlock the door and listen to me. She just dismissed me like I was nothing. I looked up if there is a grace period and there is supposed to be a 30 minute grace period with your reservation but she wouldn't even give me the 15 minute grace period.

Rented a truck for a week, smooth and easy, reasonable price.UPDATE: We also rented a car for about a month while we shopped for another vehicle. Mostly I worked with DeShawn(sp) and she was a God-send. Super patient as we were eventually renting day-to-day and calling constantly. She even made it possible for us to get the weekly rate a few days into the week so we could save some money. Car was clean, reliable and comfortable. Overall a great experience and fantastic customer sevice by everyone I spoke with. It was a bonus that the app/website were easy to use as well. Highly recommend renting your vehicle here!

They shuttled me from my auto body shop. Pleasant employees. Also a bonus, they told me I can leave my rental @ the repair shop when I pick my own vehicle up.

I had my vehicle in repaired up the road. They picked me up and hit me into my rental with 30 mins of pick up. Shout out to the young lady I think her name was Erica. Helping out at the location for the day. When I dropped off the rental vehicle, I was conveniently dropped off at the the auto repair shop to pick up my car. Thank you for making it easy!
