Had poor experience getting passport photos. Picture quality failed when I tried to use the electronic photos on the State Department website. Went back and the guy who took them didn’t even let me say a word before he started getting all defensive about their photo capabilities. We were the only ones in the store, but he didn’t want to be bothered. Had to get a bit persistent with him before he would take the pics again. Went home and they were still bad. Went to the store on Nimbus and their setup and people were way better … and the photos were accepted on the State Department website.

Employee helped me print 4 24x36 copies, he screwed 2 up so 6 printed, w/ 2 not correct. He charged me for all of them though, I had to throw away the 2 he screwed up. Poor customer service, and it's a rip off 72.00 for the copies. Do not recommend this business!

They don't do digital copies of passport photos you have to be IN PERSON.THE FRONT GUY WAS SMUG! Won't do business there.

They make EVERYTHING difficult! Unlike UPS, there’s always complications over the easiest stuff! I had to return my office equipment and the manager guy and the guy up front with glasses acted like I didn’t come in with the correct box-the exact box I originally received my stuff in. After much fretting and telling me I was going to owe for shipping -the guy with glasses finally put the stuff in the box and miraculously it all fit together! Plan on sweating before you get there! The manager especially is the naysayer!

I needed to send some clothing back and had return labels in my email. They helped me print out the labels, get the right size box, and send it out for me. They were very helpful, communicative and friendly. Thank you!

Stephanie had the best customer service I've had in a long time. The staff were polite, patient and courteous. Would reccomend this location over the garbage you get at FedEx in Sherwood.

I brought in a very large, but inexpensive painting my daughter‘s friend had made. Amy was very helpful about giving me an estimate on sending it across the country from Oregon to Massachusetts. Very helpful, joyful, personality, and informative.

I just got the most attitude asking for stamps with my envelope. Customer service was very poor, and apparently they don't even have the stuff to send a letter. I'll be going to the one 2 miles away next time
