Very bad drivers. Very Aggressive. Saw their driver nearly cause a crash on SE Tacoma by trying to bypass the line heading to the Sellwood and then cutting into the line and nearly forcing a driver off of the road.

Today at 10:29 am I had to have my vehicle towed to a collision repair shop and Fox Towing was scheduled through my insurance. My appointment was for 11 am at the collision shop and I had not heard from the towing company at 10:15 am so I decided to call on my own. The guy who answered the call said the driver had tried calling me and left a voicemail. I nicely told him I had no missed calls or voicemails. I had my phone glued to my hip making sure I didn't miss it. The man said the driver was almost to me , so I went outside to make it easier to find ( we have been told in the past sometimes our address can be tricky). The driver passed me and turned around. My vehicle was in the driveway for easy access and I moved the rental in front of the house. The driver backed up fast in front of the rental jumped out yelling this one , I said no the one in the driveway. He cussed saying something and jumped back in backing into the driveway he jumped out and I said I'm sorry I didn't hear what you said getting in the truck as I'm hard of hearing he said I said you don't need to be rude. I said sorry I wasn't being rude. He looked at me and said just so you know we don't normally pick up vehicles when people don't answer their phone. I told him I didn't get a call or voicemail and he could look at me phone log. At that point after hearing him continue to curse I pulled out my phone to record. Only interaction after that was him telling me to get my phone out of his face and give him the key. ( not said in the same sentence) okay so I'm not writing this mini book only because of that. When my vehicle was up and he took off he not only drove over my neighbors lawn but the front end of my can was dragging on the pavement. Yes I have the video. I could have got past the rudeness but not dragging my car off. Just because you're angry doesn't give you a right to treat my car like that, the value of this company depends on how a driver interacts with the customer. It happens to the best of us, at one point or another. I have a vehicle stuck somewhere and need to get it somewhere else. My brush with inevitability came early on a frosty late November morning and we found our old Honda Odyssey (21 years old as of this writing) starting up in our driveway with a blinking check engine light and super-rough idle. I know just the mechanic to fix this (see my 2011 review for Brock Automotive), but--that mechanic happens to be 19 miles away from my disabled vehicle. Enter Fox Towing. I told them I needed a tow from my house to the shop in Beaverton, it's "not particularly urgent, I'm not at the side of the road or anything." He arrived pretty quickly, about 3 hours, and got the van up on the truck in about twenty minutes. I got a call a half hour later that the vehicle was being unloaded at the shop. I barely needed to move a muscle (well, I guess I got up to answer the door...) and the car was safely in the shop at around the 4 hour mark. All this for a very reasonable price. Great experience. Definitely keeping their number in my contacts list.

Called them to get us into our locked car. Quick response, friendly, courteous, and patient. It took about 30 mins of fiddling with the flexible hook to get into the car, but the guy was super patient and finally got us in.Service: Car lockouts

Unfortunately some car companies think they're smarter than everyone else and put in anti-theft measures that suck! Which is what happened to me when my steering wheel lock failed to disengage thus making it impossible to drive my vehicle. Well actually, I couldn't drive, start, shift into park, adjust anything, etc.Damn steering wheel lock completely shut me down from being able to do anything. Then I had to find a shop that could do the work and subsequently a tow company that could get my car there. I live in Washington and the closest dealership was of course in Oregon.Enter Fox Towing. After finding the dealership and confirming when they wanted the car there I called Fox and they had the required equipment to be able to do the work. They requested that I call back on the morning I intended to deliver the car which made sense to me. I'm sure a lot of people price shop and never commit until they're ready to tow.Called in the morning and they said they'd be able to be here in a couple hours, which made sense given traffic, etc. Big Steve showed up and was a pleasure to work with. While I"m no tow expert, it certainly seemed like he knew what he was doing and took care in finding the best way to gain access to my car and strap it up....given it was up against the curb and unable to steer and/or get out of park.While I haven't seen the car since it's been delivered to the dealership, I have no doubts it made it in tact and guess I'll find out when I go to pick it up...LOLI would highly recommend Fox Towing and would definitely consider working with them again should the need arise.Services: Special vehicle towing

They are different then other towing companies. They aren't just out to get you for your money. They were so kind,patient and understanding of my situation. And cheaper then most places . I highly recommend them !

My buddy's Volvo c30 broke down and we had these guys come get it, they responded quick and were at the car in the 25 minutes they said they’d be. Towed it to Les Schwab for us. Great performance, exactly as expected.But where I come in, is I was trying to put the license plate back on my truck and the driver of the tow truck offered me a screw driver so I could put it back on.
