Went in to get groceries later in the evening at like 8:00 bc of the heat and it was pretty busy. So place empties at like 9 pm and I’m ready to go but they are treating it like closing (which makes sense to get some stuff done) but they close the entrance by the apparel so I walk over to go to my car then have to walk all the way back and then all the way to my car in hot summer evening weather along with a bunch of other people. I check the app and Google maps and they should close at 11 pm on a Saturday night and it is not a holiday or anything so it really makes no sense to be fully done with one entrance/exit at 9 pm? In the end it’s not the worst thing lol but I’m wondering if they need to update their hours??

Went grocery shopping tonight and while placing my items on the belt to check out mid conversation with my daughter I shook my head at my daughter telling her no about something and the manager lita starting picking a fight with me, being snarky and very very rude, for no reason asking me if I had a problem with her? Like no, I wasn’t even talking to you, I shop in here for business and personal items and I have never been treated so poorly by anyone at this store, idk if she was high on drugs or what but she needs to be fired for her lack of customer service skills. I will be calling the store manager tomorrow and making a complaint as this was so uncalled for. I had to get the store managers name from another employee bc lita, apparently not being that intelligent and not knowing how to interact with people refused to give it to me. I won’t be coming back to this store. If I could leave zero stars I would.

don’t come here for balloons either!! Their customer service is non existent in that area as well. Waited for more than 10 mins… called for service and was told that produce was next in line to help if no one else is available. Produce just kept stocking and don’t come over. Big wigs even holding a meeting and the blonde in meeting STARING at me as she is talking and not helping.
Dont expect much from them. Go elsewhere.

I HATE recycling here when it is not the brunette female working. All of the men that do this job act like they will melt in the sunlight and are NEVER HERE!!! It takes 10-20 mins to even get a male to answer the service call for cans!!!! Uuugh!!

After my very unpleasant experience at another Fred Meyer, I wanted to give this supermarket chain another chance. And this Tualatin location took advantage of the opportunity. The goods are very well presented, the racks are carefully stocked, the product range is very extensive, the staff is friendly, competent and helpful and, unlike the other Fred Meyer branch, I was also able to buy wine and beer with my Swiss passport.
