They’re very transparent with costs and pricing. They responded to emails and third-party transactions like “Speedy Gonzales.” When I went the following week to pick up my order, the transaction went smoothly. I cannot recommend this place enough, their hospitality is above and beyond!”
“Very good experience. Chill but safe. Can bring own gun and ammo or rent a gun and buy ammo. Nice range, they have lessons, a nice lobby, clean bathrooms. Dont need to be a member but they have memberships if you want to go regularly. They treated me a newbie with alot of respect, but Im sure if you asked for help they would be very helpful.”

“I have been going to J&B for all of my firearm purchases for about 2 years now. I keep going back because it is a great place -- the guys who work there are very knowledgeable, but almost as important as their knowledge is their attitude, and their personalities: They're laid back, friendly and very down to earth. If you are nice to them then they will treat you very well. Numerous times I have gone into J&B with no intention of making a purchase -- I just need to pick their brains and get ideas about guns, silencers, different calibers and brand names. Inevitably I wind up coming back after a few weeks when I have made up my mind and I am finally ready to make a purchase.
They are super happy to help and very willing to guide you through your decisions. Not only that, but they are also very savvy with the in's and out's of the various background checks and government forms that inevitably go hand-in-hand with practicing your 2nd amendment right. I have never been to another gun shop that has so much to offer on so many different levels.”

“Stopped in to see if they had an Sig Rose in stock with red dot. Was greeted by multiple employees all seemed happy to be there.
They did not have the model in stock but the woman helping us offered to get a price to order one which was less then any of the other local gun shops so they got the sale.
Customer service goes along way so I will happily refer others here and be a return customer.”

“Own a RX-1400i TBR/W and the eyecup fell off on a recent hunting trip. I was a little worried about them not supporting the repair because of the several one star google reviews related to them not supporting range finders but they treated me great. I submitted a warranty request through the online system in which they wanted me to send in the rangefinder for repair, but hunting season just started and the range finder still works without the eyecup so I wanted to hang on to it and have them just send me the eyecup. I called them up and they agreed to send eyecup no questions asked. Great products and a great company, I am glad they decided to give the same level of customer support for their rangefinders that they do for the scopes. I was debating between a VX-5HD and another companies scope and this experience helped me make up my mind in favor of the Leupold.”

“Been meaning to visit just had to find a reason. They had something I wanted in inventory so I had a suddenly had a reason to visit. Very big display area. Everybody in there was friendly and helpful. There are a lot of closer shops to where I live, but, I will drive farther out because of my experience there.
Their website does seem to very closely match their in store inventory (I called to verify anyways), and I find this a huge plus.
They also helped me with the silencer shop kiosk which made the experience with that a lot easier than it would have been if I had just tried it myself.

“The service was good and staff very helpful. They had one of the better selections than most of the other places that I checked out. The prices were the lowest in the area. They did a background check that took about an hour, not their fault, it just takes long. They did not have any holsters in stock. I was hoping to get one there, but amazon came to the rescue. All in all, I would recommend them. I was looking for a Concealed Carry and they showed me several that I was interested in. I did end up with the one that I was looking for and no one else had and ammo, for a very good price.”
