“Gordon is hands down the best person I’ve ever done business with when it comes to firearms. He’s a true professional—extremely knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely passionate about what he does. From start to finish, the entire experience was smooth, straightforward, and handled with total integrity.
He took the time to answer every question, made sure I felt confident in my purchase, and went above and beyond to provide outstanding service. On top of that, he’s just an all-around great experience.
11/10 experience. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to do business with Gordon again, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for top-tier service and expertise.”
“My private lessons with Jeremy have been really helpful so far. He's patient, accommodating, and well-informed. The team is friendly and the space is cleaning and well-organized. Highly recommend!”
“Awesome local store with very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful staff. John walked me through my first handgun purchase with ease and efficiency right before closing! Reasonable prices, great support, and super fast paperwork - all reasons to buy local at J&B and why I’ll be back again! Thanks guys!”
“I had a strange problem with a piece of my equipment that other people couldn’t figure out what was going on….Brendon answered my questions ,took care of the issue and made me a Satisfied customer… It’s nice to deal with a professional… Thank you very much…..”
“My experience was surprisingly enjoyable! Chris was patient and easy to talk with. The price for the Glock I purchased was pretty dang close to what the big box stores have them advertised as. What really sold me was the customer service. Not just to me, but to another customer over the phone. 10/10 will buy here again and I 100% recommend buying here.”
“So much military collectibles put into one place! Just such a fun place to look and touch all of the history that they won’t let you touch in museums. Good people that are trying to make a living saving history from the dumpster for us to be able to enjoy.”
“Mistakenly put in a bad review, here is my revised one: Couldn’t get my own gun apart, brought it in and one of the guys showed me the trick to it. Happened to see a nice shotgun while I was in, they gave me a reasonable price, and the background check was done in less than 20 minutes I think. Got a cleaning kit/cleaner, ammo box, and holster. One stop shop. I plan on returning.”
“This place is hands down the best and friendliest shop. Their advice, customer service and selection is outstanding. I’ve been dealing with them for years and I cannot recommend them enough!”

“Reed in customer service did a great job helping me get squared away with a rare occurrence from Leupold; a malfunctioning product component.
When the authorized seller that I bought the optic from refused to help me not even 24 hours after I received it, Leupold of course stepped right up and within five minutes, Reed had a new battery cap headed my way.
Massive thanks to Leupold and Reed for getting me squared away.
On the other hand, don’t do business with EuroOptic. Once they have your money, EuroOptic will apathetically do as little as possible to help you.”

“Officially my favorite local gun store in the Portland/Tigard area. Outstanding selection of firearms (pistols, revolvers, rifles, and shotguns), which makes it so much easier to handle a bunch and see what might work best for you. The selection here is the golden ticket, in my opinion, but thankfully it's not just the selection alone - the staff are super pleasant, welcoming, humble and knowledgeable about their craft. That friendly nature to let you try their vast selection of firearms is what won me over. They've handled my FFL transfers perfectly and also have a good selection of ammo. They've got some beautiful revolvers in there too, and I may need to come back soon for one of them. Thankful for this great local gun store. -Michael G”
“Huge selection! Friendly, knowledgeable and capable staff. Prices seem pretty fair. Lots of manufactures and lots of different models. Guns, ammo, mags, sights and optics and so much more. It's”
