10000/10 rating the staff are amazing and wonderful, very polite and the most respectful people ive had the pleasure of talking to. i was being misgendered by someone on the phone and the keybank staff who was on the call with us corrected him everytime and respected my pronouns . very transfriendly experience and i loved it and the way she made me feel like i matter . keep up the great work everyone should use this branch for their employees and their services they provide

Extremely polite and helpful employees, they make it very easy to understand the information and go above and beyond to give you the best details of the information you would like . The employee Z is honestly my favorite and highly recommend her and her branch location . Keep up the great work :)

Absolutely terrible bank worst Iv ever had. ATM's are always broke. They reverse credits with no warning causing overdrafts. Don't stick up for there customers against unauthorized charges. Everything about this bank or horrible just look at the reviews

Very disorganized and poorly functioning bank. I got an offer in the mail for a bonus to open an account online or in person. I tried to sign up online and after I entered all the information, it said that I could not do it online. I went to the bank and they put all my information in the system, and then they said I needed to bring the offer that I received in the mail. But there was nothing on the mail offer that said that I needed to bring it to the bank to open an account. It seems like they would have my name and address in their system if they mailed it to me. I called customer service after I got home and they were not helpful either. They suggested that I use the chrome browser, but that didn’t work either. Key Bank is not making it easy to become a customer.

Incompetence and lack of training with all employees.I opened an account several months ago in response to a flyer promising a $400 bonus. It took a long time to open the account and the young lady I worked with said to be sure to follow up, because the bonuses don't always come through.Six months later, four months after the bonus was supposed to be awarded, I went in to close the account. No bonus. The man I spoke to was much more interested in identifying who helped me the first time so he could be angry at the correct coworker.No apology, just a promise to escalate it, coded as bank error and get me the promised money within two weeks.A month passed by, no money, so I went in to close the account today. The employee said she didn't understand why I didn't bring in the flyer. Perhaps her theory was that the third time was the charm. I assured her that I had brought in all the paperwork twice already and that I wasn't at fault.She was snippy, but got it done in her second attempt.Everyone I spoke with there was incompetent and rude.The first rule of customer training is -- apologize.They never got the message. Terrible experience all around.

This is an awesome branch. The Manager Justin is extremely helpful and was able to solve an issue that was taking a while at other branches. Even in the midst of the times right now, he was able to help without issue. He is an asset to the company and I am so happy he is at this branch.

I am sorry to write this review but after this branch of Key Bank did nothing to help my friend. I became her POA took in the paperwork and was not added to her account even though I brought the right paperwork and death certificate for her husband passing away last November. Second I tried to cash her annuity and the paperwork was not done right. Called Justin at the bank apparently he filed it wrong but it was fixed. Wrong I received paper work to start over with asking for her deceased husband signature even though I gave them a death certificate. This branch did not do one thing right!!! Finally went to another branch and got everything done in one trip. If I could I would give them no stars!! Go to a different branch if you can unless you want to start all over again some other branch. Did I mention she is a widow with memory issues and needed the money as soon as possible!! VERY UNHAPPY with this branch

I hardly write checks on my account and went in to get a sheet of counter check so I would have my account number and routing number and in case I had to have a check. Was told they were $1.00 each. REALLY!!!!! Looks like I need a new bank.

I really like my bank. Online is very well done, my only complaint is I don't like the wallet constantly on there. I have had an issue with being charged a monthly fee When we have direct deposit and have the account with no fees, when I called They took good care of my issue. Great bank.
