I highly recommend Lada Exteriors. We were thoroughly satisfied with the quality and skilled craftsmanship they performed while doing repair on failed siding, dry rot, and extensive framing. They took care of us and made sure the job was done right. When more complicated issues came up, the Lada team quickly and efficiently came up with a plan and had all the materials on hand to keep the project going. Fred and Sergei's crews were fantastic! They were very professional and respectful of our property, and performed all aspects of the needed repairs. We had a clear understanding of where we stood financially with their detailed estimates and clear billing and there were no hidden costs. We felt the pricing was fair for the extensive work they did. We will definitely call them again for any exterior work at our home, because we trust them and know the job will be completed to the highest level possible.

LADA Exteriors completed a rebuild of the swim pool house attached to my home. Their suggested redesign of the inner structure and outer siding is a significant improvement in the structure. The appearance of the pool house is also improved beyond the old structure.

Ivan and the team did excellent work replacing siding on my house, as well as addressing and repairing unexpected issues that arose on the job.
All of the work was well done and their attention to detail was outstanding. They were easy to work with and the estimate and final cost were very fair. The integrity of the house has benefited greatly from this work and I would absolutely call them again for future exterior work.

Lada Exteriors was able to replace dry rot wooden trim, add new trim flashing, replaced damaged Hardie Plank siding, and repaired loose gutters. After all the prep work was perfectly completed, 2 coats of paint were applied to the base, trim, and door. We now have a new and refreshed look to our home. They were always prompt and did their work expertly and professionally. They did all the work and more. We now have a new and refreshed look to our home. Ivan and his crew were highly skilled. I've always contacted Lada Exteriors to do exterior repair work and painting. Incredible work and they are committed to doing things the correct way and not cutting corners. I definitely recommend Lada Exteriors.

Hands down LADA was the best company we could have worked with! My wife and I live at the coast. Getting good, reliable, and quality work is not something that is common place. You either get crap work or ghosted. We had been having issues with our Hardie plank. We could tell from research that the original install was done incorrectly. No surprise there. There was also water getting behind the board above the garage. I called the first time and Fred came out, even with me not being at the house. He gave us a bid but we decided to try our luck at fixing the issue. Two days after attempting a fix the paint started taking on water. We called again and spoke with Ivan. Ivan came out for the second bid. Through all of our research, we could tell he knew what he was talking about. He even recommended that we bump the siding out to create a gap so no water could ever sit and create rot. He suggested this due to the amount of rain we get here. We decided to pull the trigger. To my surprise, Ivan was on site day one with HIS crew. No subcontracting here! They were professional and communicative. Ivan found rot in spots and made sure we were informed before he did any extra work. He also told us that water was getting on our header beam above the garage due to improper flashing installation. He told us if we would have waited another year we would have be in for roughly 30K to have it repaired. We only had one issue and he fixed it beyond what our expectations were. There is actual care with this company which is rare. They want to do it right the first time and do the job the way it is supposed to be done. Ivan won’t be coming back in ten years to reinstall siding due to poor workmanship. New million plus dollar homes that are being built here currently, don’t have the design and technology that Ivan used for our house. There is a weight lifted off of our shoulders. It was a joy to work with this company. I will be having them out to do my deck in a few years because I know what quality I will be getting. Thank you to LADA again!

The whole crew, with Ivan leading, were very professional, prompt, precise and pleasant from start to finish! We cannot be more pleased with the experience and finished results on our home project. We had three bids for replacing old shakes-siding on the front of our home. LADA Construction was competitive and did the entire project with their team of professionals.
The LADA bid was chosen over the others as it had details of installing the Balau siding consistent with the recommendation from Lakeside Lumber, Tualatin (e.g., including Z-metal flashing). In addition, Ivan itemized step-by-step what would be done, including inspecting and correcting potential water damage on the siding.
We did not have to worry about delays or scheduling, they were present on time and worked diligently to finish on time (even in the rain). At each step of the project from initial email to the bid to the work to the job clean up, they were a pleasure to work with and have around the house. The house looks terrific and new. Thank you, LADA Team!

Lada Exteriors were able to repair and replace our dry rot around our windows, added window flashing and new trim, replaced siding that needed replacement and repaired our gutters. They were always prompt and did their work expertly and professionally. They did all the work we needed and more. After matching our paint perfectly, we now have a “ new and refreshed look” to our home. Ivan and his crew were highly skilled for this work and I would definitely recommend them.

I highly recommend LADA exteriors. I have had them replace a portion of sliding and roof due to a leak and then later on another very large sliding, roof and drywall project due to the ice storm in January 2024. Ivan and Fred are responsive and prompt. Their crew does incredible work and they are committed to doing things the correct way and not cutting corners. They have gone above and beyond, even painting an exterior wall on my home to make it look nice and match a new section. While working with my insurance adjuster, he told me that they were the most honest contractors he had worked with.
If I ever need any roofing or siding issues I will 100% use them again and I would recommend them to anyone.

Lada's team repaired exterior water damage on my rental property and rebuilt the fence at a fair price. Per my request, they referred me to a trusted roofing contractor. I am planning to use their services again and again because finding a contractor who can be trusted and does a quality job at a fair price is very hard to find.

These guys had a great price quote and held to that price. They also started the project promptly (within a week or so) and finished in two days. Very complete and professional job. They really know what they are doing regarding siding, roofing, dry rot, windows, etc.
