Finding Northwest Integrative Medicine was a huge deal for me and my family. It’s the first place I recommend to people because they pay attention to long-time problems AND little problems! I can go to urgent care 5 times for the same thing, and no other doctors really care to dig deeper. Yes it gets better, but why does it keep happening? And that’s one of the first things I was asked to consider by Dr Jessie. WOW. The front staff is so nice and welcoming. You can just tell they really care about helping people. A big thank you to everyone at the clinic for making such a big difference in my health and life.

I struggle with feeling okay w my choices about naturopath doctors. I always feel like they overcharge and tell me what I've already learned. Some 6 or 7 years ago I went to a different naturopath and told them I'd like to keep the bill under 300 as it was all I could afford. The appt itself was something like 120- and I was desperate. They told me that I could get the options locally for less than 300 bucks but it would be better if I spent 380 and went directly through them. They explained why. I accepted, paid, went home and researched. I felt used. I never went back.As someone who has dealt with incredibly severe health issues, though, I'm honestly willing to try anything. Skin. Lungs. Allergies. Digestive issues. Anxiety.... like they can't all be unrelated, right?? After urging from a friend, I tried again. Despite all my concerns.NWM has not let me down. My sleep [which I didn't even realize was an issue!!!] has improved. Immediate allergies are resolved... and guess what? I can buy the same thing on Amazon! Am I a different person? Probably not. Do I feel 76%ish percent better? Yes.The people I've interacted with there have made me feel seen and like a real human with real issues. I am so grateful for these people.

Worst bed side manner ever! After 2 years with no diagnosis I was blamed for not making enough appointments even though I was seeing her once to twice a month for 6 months straight with no help. I didn't see the point as She never did anything. After finally getting a diagnosis from another doctor(specialist) after one appointment, Dr cook got defensive and ridiculed me telling me my pain was in my head and I just needed more pain education not medication or surgery. I have been told by my neurologist I have sever neck and back problems and osteoporosis and will need multiple surgeries. I was told by my endocrinologist I have medical issues that are life threatening if untreated which they had been for the 2 years I was seeing Dr.Cook. luckily my neurologist referred me to an endocrinologist to get the help I really needed. Thank goodness the specialist doctors realized I wasn't getting the care I needed from my PCP. What's more disturbing is the way she talked to me during our last appointment which was very belittling and upsetting. Takes months for this clinic to get referrals out of sent to the right place and good luck getting any tests or lab work ordered. These are not real MD's. They are a private naturopath clinic who are out to make money and want to prescribe expensive holistic meds. If you have a real medical issue, don't waste your time or your health. Find a real doctor(MD) who will listen and actually do something to help you without blaming you.

The new front staff has been killing it! I work in healthcare and I see the extra steps these folks take to make sure I am taken care of. I can’t say enough how grateful I am that they put in so much work.

NWIM is the Holy Grail of healthcare!! Absolutely Life Changing! With Dr. Maeghan and NWIM, I feel heard, seen and cared for at every visit. If you are exhausted and have tried everything else, know there is hope , health and better days ahead. It starts at NWIM. I am forever grateful!

Used to be a great place. Now it's HORRIBLE! Massive billing issues and don't waste your time trying to figure it out with anyone who works there. Ask why so many Dr's and patients have left in the last six months.

Short: 5 stars for doctors but minus one for who ever runs this facility because you make good doctors run awayLong: Been with this clinic since they were in Tualatin and had the pleasure to work with doctors who no longer are with the facility: Chelsea Jameson, Jordan Mclendon and Onryia Gilmorr. All 3 amazing, professional, knowledgeable and absolutely cares so deeply for their patients. I had one not so great experience with Dr. Adam Sawolski as I felt he didn't take me seriously and tried prescribed me antidepressants for my add. Besides that the female doctors were absolutely GEMS of doctors. Like family feel! Dr. Onriya was my kids pediatrician. Where ever she's going is going to be a lucky clinic. Really all three. And where ever Dr. Jameson is now- Hi and yes I still miss you! Really sad to have to leave this clinic but unfortunately now with 3 doctors leaving within 2 years, it is obvious the doctors are not happy here and overworked caseloads. So maybe management should consider trying to make them happy!! Keeping doctors transalates in higher level of patient care too. Anyways the receptionist and medical assistant / nurses (Maria specifically) are all super helpful and amazing too. But maybe be cautious to get a high turnover rate from doctors but otherwise it's been a pleasure NWIM.

I was elated to find Dr. Pace, a fantastic HAES-minded provider, AND listened to my mental health concerns. However, she ended up leaving the practice after only two mths of having her as my primary, and she was pretty new as of December. I was moved to Dr. McLendon, whom I only met via Telehealth, so I couldn't get a good feel for them, but not as attentive as Dr. Pace. Today, I had my second appt with Dr. McLendon, and she told me she was leaving as well!I'm beyond frustrated! It's so hard to find an office that actually listens, and since 03/03, both of my providers have transitioned out! I was informed today that several providers have left over the last three months, so it sounds like the practice isn't as great as I hoped. I will be going elsewhere b/c I'm not going to keep going through the same situation repeatedly - my mental health is too important!

Went in for routine checkup in 2019. Had double insurance coverage and paid at time of service. 3.5 years later with no other chain of communication these people sent me a bill for said visit for approximately $380. When I inquired what was going on they told me that the secondary insurance rejected the claim because they thought I might have a 3rd insurance policy. They told me to resolve it I had to call both of the insurance companies I had at the time and tell them I didn't have a 3rd policy. Even though this was completely ridiculous I did so and now it's being handled by a debt collector in Vancouver.I'm gonna take these people to court for this. Emotional damage. Damage to my amazing credit. And this review doesn't even cover the customer service nightmare I experienced when I was trying to get an appointment a year or so ago. Save yourself the stress. Find a better establishment.

This practice is awful. So incredibly rude and condescending. Never in my life have I been treated the way this office has.

My partner and I arrived to their appointment 8 minutes late due to traffic and a chronic pain flare. The receptionist we spoke to was incredibly rude right off the bat. We apologized for being late, explained about traffic, and kindly asked if they (my partner) could have a shorter appointment with Dr. Pace, so as to not cut into another patients time. It was shot down very rudely by the receptionist. We explained that we came from 25 minutes out and that my partner really needed this appointment to discuss vital medication with the doctor. She shook her and head very condescendingly said that “we have a policy in place. You were over 5 minutes late so you’ll have to reschedule.”My partner is chronically ill, both physically and mentally, and could have used some grace in that moment, and instead was met with one of the rudest responses from a doctor office receptionist that I have ever encountered. To recap: we were 8 minutes late due to traffic out of our control and partners chronic pain, we were apologetic, agreeing to have a much shorter appointment, and politely trying to make it work after we drove nearly a half an hour for a very important appointment, only to be talked down to and shown zero compassion or respect…. Unreal. NWIM literally works with people with chronic illness, folks with trauma, etc. If not trauma informed, the receptionists should at the very least be compassionate, understanding, and helpful. None of which this person was.My partner is a human being, they can’t control traffic, and they needed this appointment. They needed kindness and to be shown some grace. 3 minutes over their “policy” should never result in such hurtful and rude behavior from someone who is supposed to be there to help. And this is not the only instance where my partner has not been impressed with the care at this clinic. Not getting important lab results back in a timely manner (or at all), sending an email stating they might not be taking my partners insurance any longer, but not offering any help with referring them to another doctor, and on top of that, now the office is refusing to return my partners calls to reschedule an appointment. The list goes on and on.Do yourself a favor, and get care elsewhere where you might actually feel like you’re cared about.(posting on partners behalf, with their permission, to protect their identity)

I'm not one of those people who tells their friends or family about their doctors. But the thing is, NWIM really is a special place. It's hard to describe the difference between seeing a doctor for 20 minutes once every few years so the guy can stare at my paperwork for half the time, and seeing Dr. Meghen at NWIM for up to an hour, and her really investing in what I'm saying. She asked me about food, sleep and vitamins and stress and all the times I felt pain in the last few weeks, and just all these things that seem obvious in a way but no doctors ever ask me about! And I feel better today then yesterday. And I really want my family to have the same. So I'm actually going to tell them about this place.

I owe so much gratitude and appreciation to the team at NW Integrative Medicine. This clinic is the first place I have ever felt FULLY SEEN in the medical world. Not only will they work with you on general issues, they are so thoughtful, patient and kind that they'll take the time to get to the bottom of specific issues, too. Doctor Pickworth is the best doctor I've ever had the privilege of seeing. She is authentically compassionate, understanding and takes time to help you fully understand, think through solutions, and truly work with you, where you're at. I was able to address an issue under her care almost immediately after having worked (and failed) for years under the care of another doctor. So grateful that I found this clinic. All of the staff are so wonderful and cheery, and like I said, Pickworth is the best. Seriously, haven't ever thought I could be excited about doctor's appointments, but here we are. Thank you to the team at NW Integrative. Y'all ROCK.
