Wonderful caring informative staff! Immaculate facility with easy access, reasonable business hours, and very competitive rates too! On top of that, within the gates its very low traffic, peaceful, quiet and serine,. Every visit is a pleasant experience. With that said, Northwest Self Storage has me as a customer for life!

I can’t recommend this storage facility enough! The manager, Traci was so easy to chat with and always willing to answer questions, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Their policies are straightforward, fair, and actually made things easier for me instead of complicated. I felt supported every step of the way, and they went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. Excellent service and a great team—thank you!

My card on file got canceled so the payment didn’t go through and they put A lock on the unit after 7 days without ever calling me.
- Manager on site saving grace of this place I’ll update the review because of them.

We went in because we needed a larger unit and wanted to speak with someone directly. Traci was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. She gave us excellent customer service and I truly think she went above and beyond. We have been customers of this facility for about a year and haven't had any issues yet. The area is always clean and well kept.

Tracey is very helpful and kind, excellent customer service and always remembers me. This isn't the closest storage to my home, but worth the drive for the difference in service.

I had a problem getting my contract but after going into the office it was taken care of. I've used this storage place before and always have had good dealings with them. I was looking forward to seeing Karen but she retired. Tracy was very helpful and I look forward to working with her now.
