Fantastic! 10/10 I had a unit with them a couple years ago and it didn’t go as well, really bad actually.. The new management is top notch! I’m so glad I decided to give them another try. Pretty great rates.
I was not the easiest to work with truthfully, I had trouble finding the location and other things. They were so patient, understanding and helpful the whole time till I had it figured out! Just all around a good human interaction, glad I have a unit somewhere with understanding people for any future blonde moments I may need help with haha.

We had a great experience at NW Storage. We were able to schedule a POD delivery to empty into our unit and the new manager was very efficient and professional.
