It took a long time to get my son’s chair because his paper work was lost. Other than that, Sam the technician is always super friendly and makes sure you’re happy with your order.

No info left to call for questions. Did not help finding place to put chair. Was told that would be part of delivery. Amber, customer svc? was unable or unwilling to provide size of chair so I could be prepared. Said delivery would help with that.

Jennifer Marty was so helpful in deciding upon a electric chair She was so gentle in her explanation of the chair and how it could help me, also she is very very smart and knows those chair inside and out!!

My chair was delivered sooner than expected, and the tech went through all essential information quickly. He was professional, polite, and thorough. Four stars is generally the highest rating I give on anything, simply because there is always room for improvement.

Numotion used to take excellent care of my devices,
Not so much anymore.
I'm not referring to any of the service teams lack of knowledge and customer care when I say that tho.
1 thing that is causing me issues now that wasn't a problem before my last in shop services
Is that the connection to my controller itself isn't working properly.
It will be showing as it having a full charge in the morning and will lose 1 green dot within a half hour or so.
If I push the connector into the controller it will come back on.
It's causing a bit of a problem for me to keep it fully charged.
It also will lose momentum as I'm going along then pick it back up for a bit.

If I could leave zero stars I would. It took them 8 months to get my daughter a walker which she absolutely needs. Communication skills are zero. I had to call to get any information out of them, they never called to give me update on the status. They would simply ignore me for weeks and than makes excuses that the Doctor is taking too long with a paperwork and when I called the doctor, they would get everything done immediately. I don't think I'll be using this company anymore for my daughter equipment because I'm truly very disappointed in the management team. it's already hard enough to have a special need child but when you have to deal with all of this is ridiculous.

The delivery was right on time and it went smoothly. The delivery person was veyr knowledgeable and lowered the speed of Indoor Slow, as I was experiencing some colliding with the walls and doorways. I had been driving a loaner for about a month, and I was prettty capable on straightaways going forward , but not backward. I think the training period should be longer.
