I’m disappointed in this store. Apparently Old Navy is not as inclusive as they claim because they don’t carry plus sizes at this store beyond xxl. I took my daughter to buy some things she found online but wanted to try on first. The only 3x we found was a loner in the clearance section. Apparently there aren’t any plus size gals in Tualatin. Once again my daughter feels excluded due to her size. i’m disappointed Old Navy.

Love this place. Everyone is always so helpful and nice. Had a large online return and the cashier made it so easy for me. I didn't have an invoice in the box so she just asked for my phone number. She even reordered the stuff I needed. She was very sweet to my very fussy baby too.I believe her name was Sandy. Erin the Mgr was very nice too.

I love Old Navy but coming into this location usually ends in a negative experience. Most of the employees are very friendly and helpful, but I seem to always encounter the same cashier who is very unfriendly and doesn’t seem to want to be helpful. I would expect a lot better customer service for someone who is stationed at the registers. Most recently I asked if they price match online prices and she said no. I asked if I should buy it online for an in store pick up and she responded with “yeah but it will be a couple hours” and I’m just thinking what?? I’m literally holding them in my hand right now. Maybe it’s not actually as simple as I think it should be, but she was rude, curt, didn’t explain anything, and was not at all apologetic. She ultimately price matched for me but was clearly very upset about it. I believe the whole encounter would have gone much better if she just had a more positive and helpful attitude. I also needed to exchange a pair of shoes for a different size and she ended up giving me the wrong shoes, which I did not realize until I had gotten home. It’s quite a drive for me to get out there so I’m really unhappy about that.I’ve returned things online several times and I know that if you have the bag it shipped in they can scan the barcode and pull up your return and process it for you. Every time I come in for an online return and this woman is helping me she just asks for my phone number. The first time it happened I had three or four different orders to return and I told her “oh they are all in the bags they shipped in” but was met with a blank stare. I ended up having to repeat to her my phone number over and over again. It does not seem very efficient for either me or her. At one point during the process I asked her if she could just scan the bag but she ignored me. Not sure if she’s not trained correctly or is just uncomfortable with that process.

I NEVER write reviews-but to say the customer service at this location is poor is an understatement. Went in simply to exchange something for a different size and the cashier named ‘Lesley’ was incredibly rude and even raised her voice. I’m not sure if maybe she was having a rough day as it seemed she was already agitated, but that was completely uncalled for.

Absolutely horrible customer service on the phone to the location in Tualatin. I called and was placed on hold for 6 minutes. When they finally picked up the phone, there was no apology or even mention of the ridiculously long wait time. I didn't say anything about that and asked my original question which was about a certain dress and if they had it in stock. The female employee asked if I had the SKU number and I replied that I didn't, I'd just seen it advertised online and was wondering if the location nearest to me had it so I could just go buy it at the physical store instead of ordering it online, as well as checking out what else they had. Which would've led me to buying more than just the one dress I intended on getting. I asked if I could describe the dress and if the employee could just look for it and tell me if it's in stock. Her reply was, "Well we have lots of dresses" in a rude and irritated tone. I politely inquired once more if I could just describe the dress to her and she said no. I am by no means a "Karen " in any way, shape or form. In fact, I've spent over 20 years in the hospitality industry and make customer service my number one priority. To be treated rudely and thoughtlessly is unacceptable and I will definitely be going to the store now so I can talk to a manager.about this ridiculous situation. Why even have a job if you're just going to be lazy and not do what you're being paid for? Very disappointed.

The store was filthy, dust bunnies, garbage, leaves all over the floor. We visited on a weekday, midday so it wasn't busy at all. Sizes were limited, store was picked over like you'd expect at the end of a Saturday. We used the dressing room twice, the attendant didn't even look at us, let alone speak or offer to help. I've never even seen a thrift store this dirty and unorganized. The only time we were spoken to, despite seeing multiple employees, was to tell us our total.
