The cashier was very friendly. They let us see the animals all around the store. We got a cat collar. My cat loves going into the store with us.

Two men who surely live in theirs mom’s basements, one being a manager refused to sell my 5 year old son and I goldfish with a tank and filter we were buying. He recommended a 40 gallon tank. This tank I picked out allowed these goldfish more room than they have now, and there was literally dead fish floating in the tank when he was refusing to sell us the fish. I assured him as our goldfish grow I will buy them a bigger tank. I have had goldfish from the fair that survived for years. My son was so excited, and we walked out of PetSmart with no fish. Has this whole world gone soft. We went to another Petsmart and got our starter fish and our starter tank and my son is very happy no thanks to Beavis and Butt-head. Take care of your own animals in the store before you shame a mom and a child about buying goldfish.

I hate that I even have to write a review today as I’ve had great experiences with this location for the past year. I have a corgi who definitely gets anxious when she goes to the groomers. I even overly inform the groomer prior to Abbey’s appointment about her anxiety and her tendencies whenever she’s nervous. When we arrived, one of the first things that was said to me by Brittany is that there’s a good chance that they would not get to Abbey’s nails because I shared on the intake form that she doesn’t really like her feet touched but she will relent. Not even 5 minutes after I dropped her off, I get a phone call saying that I needed to come back and pick her up because Abbey was being stubborn. I know my dog is not the easiest to groom but I have never had an issue in the past with any other associate. I also understand that some dogs can be aggressive with a groomer and that is a potential matter of safety. But my dog is not aggressive in any way. I’m appalled that Brittany didn’t attempt to calm my dog down before calling me to come pick her up. Very amateur of her.
I would highly recommend selecting Shalene H next time you book at this location. She has always done a great job on my Abbey and clearly has amazing experience.
