If i could give them zero stars I would!, we had a great relationship with this company. Never had a problem until yesterday, picked up a sheet of plastic that was scratched up, didn't think nothing of it, until I got back to shop to see that it wasn't one of there best sheets because it was dirty with scratches all over it. Call to let them know and they told me it left there shop spotless!! I've been going to them for 10 yrs and this never happened and they had the audacity to say that I messed it up. I trusted my vendor to give me a good product. I'm taking my business elsewhere from here on out.

Professional Plastics agreed to help me with a custom order. They were easy to work with. Paid for the product up front and was never contacted or informed the product was ready for pick up. I contacted them after some time had passed and was informed it had been ready. I asked them why I was not told it was ready to pick up and I was told I was to blame for not contacting them. The time I needed the product had passed and no longer needed it. I asked for a refund and was denied, even after several emails. I can't attest to the quality of their product, because I never got it even though I paid for it in full.

The service there is impeccable! There is nothing about Professional Plastics or their sales team or warehouse team that I would change. I have come in on short notice multiple times and have been assisted without fail. I won't be going anywhere else for my plastic needs.
