I made a mistake, and Rivermark charges me several times a day at $30 a hit, adding up to over $600 in fees in roughly 10-20 days (I originally posted it was 2-3, and this was incorrect) plus the fees from the other parties involved. Rivermark reversed about 3/4 of their fees, still profiting from my mistake. About a week later, an employee at Rivermark made a mistake and "accidentally" transferred $1,200 out of my account and into another member's, and all I got from the branch manager was, "I fail to see how we (Rivermark) gained any benefit from profiting $60 off of your mistake." This tactic is how the little guys lose every time. Profiting $60 off someone's only mistake in probably 8+ years of having this account isn't a gain? I didn't even ask for much; I wanted them to zero out my credit card, which was significantly less than what their mistake cost me. I'll zero out my account as soon as I find an alternative.

I've been with Chase and BofA, Rivermark has been by far the best bank. I've been with them for a few years now and I'm very happy and satisfied with their service..

From the day I walked into the branch to open an account, I was greeted by friendly faces. Any questions I had were answered very clearly and concise, and I wasn't left feeling confused or misunderstood. When I was given some options for savings accounts, everything was very clearly explained and easy to understand. The atmosphere over is very welcoming every time I went in for something, and I was always greeting with a "hello".

Staff is always friendly and helpful. I don’t visit often but when I do things get taken care of easily.

Highly recommend this credit union. Great service. Takes getting used to having no tellers in the bank. Not totally sure why they use the virtual tellers but it works.

Rivermark is the best credit Union I've ever worked with ! Super friendly and welcoming environment. I had the pleasure of working with the amazing Taurino.
