Stevie Ray was very professional and honest. He informed me of the slight possibility of risks and worst case scenario before getting out his tools. I was able to make an informed decision based on what he presented. I really appreciated the truthfulness and I’m glad I chose to work with Safelite. The whole process was about 20 minutes from start to finish. I will be letting everyone know about the amazing job Stevie Ray did on my 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee!

I had my windshield replaced by Safelite in August on my Toyota Avalon 2014. About a month later, when the rainy season started in Oregon, I noticed water leaking into the interior of my car.
At first, I thought the issue might be related to the sunroof drains, so I went to independent mechanics. They cleaned the drains but confirmed that the leak was not coming from there.
I then contacted Safelite and explained that water might be entering the cabin due to the windshield replacement. Safelite inspected the car and told me everything was fine and that there were no issues with their work.
Two weeks later, a crack appeared on the windshield. Before returning to Safelite, I went to an independent auto service for another inspection. They confirmed that the leak was caused by improper windshield installation, resulting in failed sealing, which allowed water to enter the vehicle.
Safelite eventually replaced the windshield again, but they did not compensate me for my lost time, nor for the cost of drying the interior of my car. They only gave me a small drying packet, which is not a real solution considering the damage and inconvenience caused.
Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. If you don’t want to risk water leaks and interior damage, I would not recommend replacing your windshield here.

Appreciated the honesty and integrity of this location. I had my windshield replaced here and then shortly after had my back window done. Shout out to Kenneth (shop manager) he was patient with all my questions and I felt heard and understood in what I wanted done. I will be coming back once I need more window work done. Customer for life due to the relationship that has formed. Thank you for taking care of my vehicle!!

Service was on time and when I had an issue with the windshield wiper they fixed it right away. I was able to get an appointment quickly as well.

Service was more expensive than other place I was quoted. However, Safelite was quick and simple. The shop actually returned my calls (3 others did not). Techs at Safelite were nice, informed, and quick.

I got a new windshield with no hassle nice waiting room in Tualatin fast friendly service. I felt like the price was reasonable also.
