Sign on door says to call to have your prescription brought out, but no one answers phone. Employees will stare at you from their desk while you call, but evidently picking up that phone is hard work. I'm always amazed by businesses that dare you to give them money.

Usually i've had pretty good service from them. I've had a prescription with them that they've been filling for me for years.
But all of a sudden, I can't get in touch with anyone there. Does anyone knows if they've gone out of business? I've been trying to get ahold of them for two weeks and i've had no response.

I've been using Specialty Pharmacy since they opened and they have always been accurate, helpful, and the least expensive compounding pharmacy to get my prescriptions.

Specialty. Compounding. Pharmacy. I am leaving this review because they do what they name suggests- they specialize in compounding items that you may not be able to get your regular pharmacy to do in a fast in a cheaper method that your insurance will be able to code out, therefore- pay for. It is mind blowing that there would be any complaints about this, I get my hormones compounded here. 15 years after a radical hysterectomy (in my 20's!) and many trials, tribulations and mishaps of trying what insurance WOULD pay for at run-of-the-mill pharmacies and VIOLA! a compounding pharmacy that will do the magic for me, works with my FANTASTIC doctor and does the messy work for me. Calls to remind me when it's ready to pick up, if I want it mailed to my home OR my job. The team there puts up with my questions and banter. Much appreciation to this facility and team.

Rude unhelpful staff did very little to assist when a family member needed a compounded medication. Between almost losing the prescription, then getting it wrong, I can't believe they are still in business.

Had too many unfortunate experiences with inconsistent medications and service. Ron is a snake oil salesman who peddles to quack doctors. They overcharge and don't bill insurance.

Best value. Other local compounding pharmacies are way more expensive. Staff is incredible and always helpful.

I called this Pharmacy last week prior to having my RX sent over, I talked to the pharmacist. He was rude, unhelpful and had an major attitude. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Specialty? I don't think so!

I’m very busy and procrastinate much. My doctor sent my prescription to this pharmacy because she trusted them and really liked the pharmacist. They had my medication available quickly, not only notifying me my medication was ready for pickup, but offered and shipped it out quickly because I just did not have time. Great service and great product.

They charge based on how long your prescription lasts, not on an actual cost. If they feel like they can get more money out of you they will. Use Empower or someone with more transparency. These guys practice with shady policies.

Will overcharge you and then act like you should just expect it. quotes mean nothing, they fill and then charge you whatever they feel like.
