Really enjoying this well-maintained and friendly club. Rarely over crowded, nice facilities.

Excellent club. Friendly instructors. New equipment. I like that the pool is heated and uses the saline system. Marie is my favorite instructor.

Gorgeous facility, welcoming people even if you're diverse or a minority (I am LGBTQ and not the only one around), great programming, enticing pool, family friendly. This place has become my home away from home. I drive past other gyms to get to SHC because I don't think I would enjoy Orangetheory and smaller places don't offer the same diversity of activities. Highly recommend.

They want nothing to do with diversity and other ethnicities but white. So excluded this club- This does not go for everyone there as some are very kind-but my experience was being judged horribly. Never again... Was so exited about this place.

"A place where everybody knows your name... and you're always glad you came." [1]My review is based on my membership of one year where I've consistently visited 4x/week. Beginning during the end stages of COVID restrictions, it was so nice to experience outdoor swimming, the hot tub, and social time with other members. Swimming is my main experience at the club so here is what you should know:* Six lane outdoor salt water pool that is open year round (I've done laps in the snow, sleet, and hail).* You can reserve four of the six lanes and it is very competitive to get times, especially during the warm weather months when you are competing for space with the swim team, swim lessons, and aqua aerobics classes.* The other two lanes are left open for first come first serve usage and swimmers are encouraged to share.* The outdoor hot tub is for 14+ over.I have only taken one yoga class at the club and all classes have you reserve your spot. If you cancel less than 12 hours in advance or are a no show, you are charged a $10 fee. Personally, I don't mind since the reservation system makes me accountable and if I don't have a reservation, I'm less likely to go workout. The club is a nice mix of serious athletes (I'm surrounded by masters swimmers and triathletes), retirees, and families. Prior to my membership, my teenage son was a member for two years and loved the weight room, sauna, and steam room. The club as been open for awhile and is definitely showing its age and is need of some maintenance upgrades in the pool area. That being said, I have been very happy with my membership here and the personal feel, literally being greet by name when entering and exiting, and the wonderful customer service. This club is very different from the large national chains, so to each their own. Definitely recommend a trial membership at this club as well as others in the area to see which is the best fit for you.[1] I am currently re-watching this classic sitcom and while not aging well in the post Me Too era, still good for a lot of laughs.

This is an amazing club with very friendly staff. Very rare to find family owned business that really cares. If you can get in, don't hesitate.

Just like any other club, this has its pros and cons. Some days, the pros outweigh the cons and vice versa. We don't use the club too much and definitely pay more than what it's worth. It's not their fault we don't use the club often but the limited time we use it, we should be treated as members which I don't feel like we are treated appropriately. A few staff members are nice and friendly, but most are not; it's a weird vibe and look we get when we walk in. It's as if we are unwanted strangers in their place. I do feel very out of place the way they look at my family. One day, we ordered food at the cafe and went outside for the kids to swim. I asked the cafe staff to bring my food outside when it's ready. They told me no they wouldn't do that because they are busy with other things going on inside and need to tend to the cafe. I get it, but what I don't get is how they brought out food to other people and not me. This all happened the same day and within a few minutes apart. Again, we feel unwanted and are treated differently. Their tennis program is good and their tennis pros nice. I wish the kids tennis program would be extended during the summer. The program doesn't run long enough. (1.5 hours 4 days a week isn't enough). The courts are very nice and kept in good condition. Their tennis courts are definitely the nicest and best kept in the area. The facility is very clean, but their furniture is old. The lounge chairs in the cafe should really be replaced.

I highly recommend this club if your looking for a new membership or for dropping in as a guest. One of the first things you will notice is the friendliness of the staff. I've been a member of many gyms/clubs over the years and this one definitely has the most accommodating and welcoming staff by far. Jennifer at the front desk was lovely. No snooty attitude at this club. The facility is well maintained and clean. The locker rooms are nicely set up and generally not crowded. Pool is lovely and a nice temp. I mostly visit SHC for the group X classes-Mainly dance and strength training. Brenda teaches Rev and Flow and Cardio Dance and she has great choreography and makes you feel like your her best friend. So welcoming and caring. I've never eaten here, but the food always smell delicious. I've also never used the tennis courts, but my sister-in-law and brother-in-law have and they said it is a very nice club. If I lived closer I'd definitely be joining so I could attend classes and utilize the pool on a regular basis. On a side note their website is user friendly and easy to use. Which for a tech dummy like me is refreshing.

Stafford Hills Tennis is a special place! The experience is like no other. The facilities are top notch, the people are amazing and the leadership of the Club is actively involved in not only being part of the family experience we have here, but have truly provided brilliant leadership and policies through the Covid crisis as well. The friendly staff are exceptional people as well and I am so thankful for the Stafford Experience. Go Stafford!!
