I had an exceptional experience at STA Motors! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff who made me feel welcomed. I took my GLC300 for Service B to Star Motors, and I'm very happy to have done this. They are very polite and respectful, very helpful and honest and much cheaper than the Mercedes dealership. All necessary services were done. They also fixed very few small jobs like phone charger at no extra cost.I definitely will go back and do my next service and also any possible repairs in this shop.They deserve a 10/10 score.Thank you for your good job.

I called to find out the price of the B service for my sprinter van and was told I had to get a quote. I gave them my Vin and was quoted a reasonable price. When I took the van in I deliberately left the DEF tank 3/4 full to see if they would automatically fill it and charge me, and when I picked it up, they told me that they had not filled it and asked if I wanted them to which I thought was a very fair way of treating it. They did a good job. There were no extra services charged for and the final price was lower than the quote. I will be bringing my van back here for future service.
