I can't thank Sydney Powers enough for helping me get through the HOA ARC approval process. She made everything easy and did a nice job communicating in a timely manner.
She knew exactly what our HOA was looking for and helped me put together all the paperwork without any confusion.
They were super responsive whenever I had questions and kept me in the loop the whole way. My application got approved with no problems, which was a huge relief.
If you're dealing with an ARC form and feeling overwhelmed, definitely reach out to her. She made the process painless.

Update: we have called 4 times, left messages and have sent multiple emails with no response. We are trying to find a resolution to the issues we have been having with NO response.
This company is money hungry, they will charge fees on top of fees. If you miss one payment you will be charge 3 different fees. They will say they will review it but they don’t actually review anything, they will deny it shorty after you get off the phone. They will also claim they will work out a payment plan where there are more fees, then call to tell you not to sign it. But guess what there was a dead line and no other form that was coming to be signed so once again more fees.

I recently contacted Erica Calacsan, Community Support Specialist at The Management Trust, for assistance with an ARC approval request. As a new condo owner, I needed help getting approval to replace my front door deadbolt with a smart lock.
Erica was extremely polite, professional, and helpful throughout the process. She clearly understood my concern, guided me through the necessary steps, and promptly forwarded my request to the appropriate committee. Thanks to her efficiency, I received my approval within just one day.
The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and well-communicated, and I truly felt supported as a new homeowner. I appreciate Erica’s responsiveness and dedication to excellent customer service.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Ed Clark of the Portland, Oregon branch. I went to him with a problem concerning our area maintenance. This maintenance problem had become a security risk. Mr. Clark went right to work. He kept in communication with me the entire time from start to finish. The restoration was made quickly and without any fuss. I cannot compliment Ed enough for how he handled this event. Well done.

Debi Widmer's customer service as experienced by my me is nothing short of outstanding. She is punctual dealing with problems big and small. She has always been fair dealing with me as the home owner whether it is getting a repair done or the lawn mowed. I was grateful to have have her as my representative at the Management Trust.

I'm a real estate agent and I had a listing closing in a HOA that was managed by The Management Trust until July 2025, but another HOA management company took over the management of the HOA as of that date. As we approached closing, what was supposed to be a very routine part of the process - the HOA conveying any outstanding balances due from the outgoing seller - was proving impossible to coordinate with the new HOA management company. They even claimed gaps in their records due to the recent switch. I reached out to Stephanie at The Management Trust who 1. confirmed they had conveyed the appropriate records at the time of the transfer 2. re-conveyed that information promptly to the new management company in a timeframe that accommodated our closing timeline and 3. called me personally to double-check that they'd provided everything my seller and I needed. This would be fantastic service even if they were the ones actively managing the HOA, but it's all the more exemplary given this was a time sensitive request asking them to pick up a ball the OTHER company had dropped. Five stars isn't enough on this one; this was a six star experience.

Worst company. They took over the property I live in and own a condo in and I have tried to contact them for 2 months now, going on 3. Still no response and no help with basic things that they need to chime in on. No one has reached out or responded to my emails AT ALL. Andy Hopkins is over the property I own at and has not reached out despite my many attempts. No one in the office seemed to know at first who was managing the property when the receptionist did answer once. All I am asking for is communication on basic things around the property that I cannot get done on my own that would need the HOA management company to step in and assist with.

On two occasions it was Rachel Jaraba who timely responded to our inquiries on or about the community. We had expressed concerns over HOA issues. In both instances, Rachel was courteous in sharing the extent of her responsibilities, authorization, and actions taken on our behalf.

I work in a field that requires me to consistently work with HOA's. Ed Clark from the Management Trust has been a phenomenal resource. He's able to answer all my questions and address community concerns in a very timely manner, even when those concerns are big HOA green space projects. Sophie Porzio the community manager for my HOA, has demonstrated herself to be both knowledgeable and willing to put in the work to assist her clientele when their needs arise.
She helped my wife and I over a two-day period to re-set our ‘portal passwords.
Not at any time did I get the impression that she was impatient or simply wanted to just “move us along.” We were able to complete the task we needed to do.
