The workers were friendly, attentive, and the store was very clean. The dressing room already had the fan on and my clothes were hung up neatly. Despite having a large & complicated return, Kara was so patient and kind, never once rushing me while we went through the process. Definitely will continue to return to this store!

Love the bra I purchased. Not Torrids issue, but I do wish the tag had been printed on the bra, so it didn't need to be cut off. Love the sales at Torrid.

This torrid has a lot of variety of clothes that other torrid stores don’t have however the customer service lacks and sucks so bad here! I came in to buy some clothes for my upcoming trip and found alot of cute things I was walking around with a bunch of clothes in my hands while torrid workers walked around just looking at me not even offering to take the clothes and get me a fitting room my wife had to ask for one. The cashiers don’t really know what they are doing either not helpful and lazy if you want variety come here if you care about customer service than don’t come here.

Torrid quality has gone down in recent years. I bought 3 pairs of shoes. All 3 pairs broke within 3 months of purchase. So sad because I have big feet and can't find many other brands that actually fit. Will not be shopping here again.

Really love having a Torrid close to me! No idea one was in Tualatin, it has been 15 years since I have been to a Torrid store and had ordered online a few years back. When I went in yesterday with my husband, the woman behind the counter was super helpful and did a bra sizing and continued to help me until I found the right fit! They have so many cute and comfy clothing and can't wait to return!!!

Never again. Torrid’s quality has gone downhill over the last few years, but I just tried to return a bra (which I’ve done without tags or a receipt before no hassle) and was turned away. They either very recently changed their policy or the management is trash. I know where my moneys going from now on.

Horrible impersonal staff. I love this store but they glared at me from the moment I walked in. Had to go up to the front just to ask for a room when there were 3 people working and only me in the store. I said thank you and was ignored. I miss the old staff!

Will never shop at Torrid again! I’ve never been told verbally I cannot return underwear at time of purchase and giving me a receipt that states that means I’ve already made the purchase you’re saying I cannot return. I’ve spent a lot of money here and I’m also tired of the false advertising of buy 3 and get 2 for free but my receipt has a price being every single item. Why not say, get 5 for the price of 3?! I’m appalled how the girl handled my experience here too, answering the phone while we are talking so I just walked out! I hate being stuck with items that haven’t left my car besides leaving to and from the store!!

I’m a loyal Torrid shopper, but when I send my wife, who happens to be on the lower side of the scale, to pick up my order and she gets treated like she doesn’t belong because she’s skinny it makes me realize the drive to clackamas is worth it to go to that torrid

This store has it going on for customer service. Does not charge for the really cute bags at checkout. The clothes are on point, high end and comfortable. I found prices to be competitive but also sales to be as well. I love the new causal sweater jacket that bought.
