Needed quite a bit done on a '93 V6 Camry: oil change, spark plugs, and new LED headlights (changing all the spark plugs can be a pain itself). Great work, great communication with the customer, car runs great, and headlights are awesome. Not inexpensive, but that's due to the market and the amount of work. Prices are very competitive. Tried other shops, but this has been my favorite for more than 25 years.

I brought my truck here to have some electrical work done on it. Instead of splicing into the normal wire they decided to pull the cover off the fuse panel and jam the wire directly to the fuse. Now I can't put the dust cover back on the way the manufacturer Designed it. Not to mention the mechanic got grease all over my steering wheel and the door handle. Quality control and Consideration for other people's vehicles is not top on their list. For $185 an hour I would not recommend this place.

I started going to this “clinic “ because an acquaintance was in charge, and I felt that I would not be manipulated. Now that that person is no longer there, I feel that they still adhere to the same standards. They let you know what needs to be done, what can wait and don’t try to scare you into something you don’t need. I wish they were cheaper, but I wish that of everywhere. My biggest complaint is that they are so busy. I mean, thats good for them! Once they were able to get to my car, the work went pretty quickly, though.

Toy Doctor's computer system has sent multiple requests for review although it didn't respond to an email appointment request. No service was performed.

We've been taking our Tacoma here for 20 years, and just took my Honda. It is very apparent working with them that they are honest and operate with integrity with their customers. Something not easily found. They work hard to find the right solution. Highly recommend.

Returned to Toy Doctor as my old shop would not adjust the valves on my 1994 22RE 4runner. 30 years old, many shops only focus on newer vehicles. Two owners ago, this shop was not great. 16 years later, the new owner is professional and did exactly what I asked to have completed. I'll keep taking my truck here as my 4runner is running very well again with 382,000 miles on it.

Supposed to be 1200 and less than a month. Took more than six months and was almost 3 times more than quoted. They did a bunch of things that they shouldn't have without my permission. And charged me for it.
They had no idea how to remove the drums and charged me 700 and this took almost 3 weeks. They may specialize in Japanese vehicles but have very little knowledge of American made trucks. When I finally got the truck back a year later because of unusual cost, it did not run good because of the old fuel and 2 months later is still failing DEQ. There were wires hanging down from the transmission removal and reinstall for the clutch. Turns out the unattached wires go to the back up lights. Other than the cost and time it took, the clutch and rear end so far are working properly. Too bad it was supposed to be a good friend we thought we were helping. Run as fast as you can. I know this will bring bad reviews from them for my business, but the truth is only going to come out come judgment day. Had my drive shaft universal joint come off two months after they were supposed to fix it. Found a bungy cord hanging under the truck, I think they used it for the drive line.

Been taking my Toyotas and Hondas here for the last 13 years through two owners. Always great service and a comprehensive list of what should be done now, soon, and what I should have done but could wait allowing me to budget any upkeep. Very responsive and friendly. Night Owl drop off makes leaving my car there for repair on my schedule. Last Toyota had over 300,000 miles when I passed it off and this Honda is shooting for 200,000 miles so far with plenty of life thanks to the upkeep from Daniel at Toy Doctor.
