“Great place to be on a rainy moving day, for sure. This facility is clean as a whistle.
No elevator for upstairs storage units however.
Even the biggest box truck fits inside , out of the elements”

“The staff in Rentals at Parkrose Hardware made it very easy to reserve a U-Haul Cargo Van, and Joe was also very helpful in checking the Van in. It's also nice that there is a U-Haul location at this West Linn Parkrose Hardware store so one does not have to travel a long distance to get a Van.”
“No bad things to say. Making a rsvp via phone was simple, fast, and coming in to pick up the rental the following day was a quick procedure as well. I would recommend going to this location. It was reliable and convenient to where I was living. A couple of my friends and coworkers have gone to this location too. If you have a far move and have to return the rental back to the same location. Luckily a gas station is right in front of the building so you can always fill the tank right back to where it was! :)”

“They were wildly understaffed today, this would have been a one star review except the manager Cody was so professional, patient and polite with a crowd of people all by himself! We ended up needing extra help with equipment and hooking up the trailer, and he was so gracious even with a line around the store. Thank you Cody!”

“This UHaul facility is amazingly clean and friendly. I rented a couple lockers. I also rented a beautiful Ford Van one day too, and it was an amazing experience. I love the people here. “I have used Uhaul for many of the about 25 moves in my life. This latest one has been particularly challenging for a number of reasons. Sherry went the extra mile with my reservation today. The online service for picking up my truck was not working. She not only helped me do what I needed to do, she noticed the truck that was assigned to me had a lock on the door that wasn’t cooperating, so she found me another truck. She was so kind, empathetic, and had customer service in every word and every action. Thank you, Sherryand thank you, UHaul for hiring her! I appreciate you so much!”
“Great experience! Ladies working in the office were all friendly and nice. Van was in good condition... and had a backup camera! Return was quick and easy. Parking lot is small/full so you may need to move the van out first, then park in the van's spot like I did.”

We went in there with a general need with very little specific knowledge and Amanda immediately corrected her staff (who were also delightful, just less knowledgable) and went out, checked my vehicle and immediately knew EXACTLY WHAT WAS NEEDED FOR OUR PURPOSES. “Amber was amazing. She helped me even though the jerk at the Beaverton u-haul refused to rent to me. I am a long time customer but he refused because I lost my temporary tag and therefore didn’t have a license plate. On top of that, he was rude about it… I will always drive the extra distance to go to the Tigard store moving forward, no matter where I’m coming from or going to.”
“Ended up booking a 10ft truck here after a bad experience at Budget. Made the reservation not only same day, but same hour. Was in the truck and on our way in under 30 minutes from booking to driving off the lot.
Extra shout out to Kerry who got us checked-in. The website misquoted us a mileage rate and Kerry made sure we got the rate we agreed to so we didn't spend more than we needed.”
“Absolutely no problems. After reading reviews, I called ahead to confirm that they had the truck, which they did. One note: I was able to book a 6pm pickup through the corporate site, which is when this location closes, so they recommended I come in at 5:30pm instead. Quick and easy otherwise.”
