My mom and I went in hoping to get a lot of help with makeup and Aisha came to the rescue. She worked with us for at least 30 mins on all sorts of products, was so patient, and had great advice. She was so kind and helpful! Thank you!

OMG. Victoria at the Benefit Brow Bar is truly magical!! I have seen her 3 or 4 times now because she makes my brows look the best they've ever looked! I get a brow wax/tint and Victoria is a master, the shape and color are always perfect! She is so personable and sweet, remembers things we talked about last time, and makes me feel like I'm hanging out with a friend who just just happens to do killer brows. I always leave with a confidence boost, feeling so pretty! ❤️
TL:DR: If you're in need of a great brow artist, book with Victoria, she's amazing!!!!

Don’t even bother with curbside pickup here. I’ve tried curbside pickup multiple times and every time I’ve had to wait over 20mins and had to just head inside the store instead (they don’t answer their phones either)…only to find that they’re not busy at all. I always find the employees just chit chatting with each other or standing around. Please do better.

Sadly the Washington Square store just closed so this is the closest one to me now :(. I’m not sure what was going on for the cashier but she was rolling her eyes at customers asking to use their points and did an annoyed sigh with me when I tried to use a coupon. Not the end of the world, and I can understand customers are annoying but I think this person shouldn’t be interfacing with customers and maybe would do better in a different role.

I went to this Ulta in May and was helped by the current manager Shayla. She was absolutely delightful, extremely helpful and down to earth, and helped me pick out and purchase the items that were right for me. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and joyful. I never write reviews, and often the employees at Ulta do the bare minimum, but she really went above and beyond! Fantastic employee worth her weight in gold!

Victoria at the Brow Bar is AMAZING! I got a brow wax, and lamination done and I am absolutely in love with the results — my eyebrows have never looked this good! They’re full, perfectly shaped, and just so polished. Victoria was so friendly, sweet, and made the whole experience super comfortable. You can tell she really cares about her work and her clients. Highly recommend her if you want flawless brows and a great experience!

Let me set the scene: I had just survived a full-blown hair catastrophe. I’m talking jet black dye-job meets blonde extensions—a combo that screamed “Halloween wig” more than “hot girl.” It was the kind of situation where you walk out of the salon, get in your car, catch a glimpse in the rearview mirror, and just whisper, “Oh no.”
Enter: Tatiana Dennis, Hair Heroine of Ulta.
I actually got her name from another Ulta location (word travels fast when you’re fabulous), and though she wasn’t working that day, the amazing team jumped into action—snapped pics, sent messages, and got me a rescue appointment the very next day. Honestly, I half expected to walk in to a “hair triage” tent with blinking lights and sirens.
Tatiana greeted me with warmth, confidence, and the kind of reassuring energy you need when you’re wondering if your hair is even salvageable. Not only did she fix the horror show that had taken up residence on my head, but she also color-matched my extensions like a total wizard.
This woman is an artist, a professional, and genuinely one of the kindest souls I’ve ever met. She has years of experience, likely more talent in one pinky than most stylists have in their whole salon, and it shows. You can tell she deeply cares about her craft, her clients, her co-workers, and her beautiful family (yes, we’ve bonded over stories—she’s as much of a joy to talk to as she is to trust with your hair).
Now, every time I sit in her chair, I leave not only looking like a human again but feeling like a better one too. Tatiana is magic. If you get the chance to book with her—run, don’t walk. Your hair (and your heart) will thank you.

I've shopped this store multiple times and have generally had good experiences. This review is for stylist Kiah Harkema.
Absolutely fabulous experience. I needed my hair cut and I'd been putting it off. I have eczema around one ear and partially on my forehead. My age has brought issues with my skin and hair. I was anxious about getting a cut and having someone so close to things that were bothering me. Kiah was kind, calm and she listens well. I love my haircut. She listened to what I wanted and talked with me after thoroughly checking through my hair and scalp to check its health. Suggested ideas. I ended up with what I wanted but also fixes to what she found on her check. Absolutely recommend Kiah.

Booked a salon service. Day before the service, eecieved a text canceling the appointment. I called to reschedule but they wouldn't reschedule. No reason, just won't. How do you run a business like that?
