To buy our first home, we had heard stories of how overwhelming it would be but Todd at Value Mortgage made the experience enjoyable. He was hands on throughout the loan process to make sure we got the best loan with the best interest rate for our new home. He also was available to us on short notice with any questions my wife and I had. Todd works miracles when you’re searching to purchase your next home and the customer service is excellent.

I have been a Realtor for 37 years and also a customer of Value Mortgage. I have worked with Todd for over 15 years. Todd Kono of Value Mortgage is the best lender I have ever worked with. He is fair and honest as the day is long and true to his word. I have never had him tell me a client is qualified and then they not be. He know his business and takes care of his customers. He also is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. He communicates with you every step of they way and always goes the extra mile. I will never use another lender for business or personal loans and recommend highly! Todd is the best!!
