Helped me out with a last minute pre-sale inspection remotely, and gave me a detailed and honest assessment of the vehicle to give me peace of mind. Would recommend.

Second time I’ve been here and felt scammed and taken advantage of both time. First time, I got heavily overcharged (called multiple auto shops afterward who all said this and apologized on the behalf of others in their industry) in getting an alternator replaced on my Chevy Astro. The quoted me one thing (just parts and not labor) for a refurbished alternator and then charged me for a new one. I needed a new battery and they acted like they were doing me a favor by not charging me to install it. I’ve installed one multiple times and it takes 0 effort or time. A few months back I decided to give them another shot. My van was backfiring, and I paid $160 for a diagnosis. First, they didn’t get my contact info and didn’t call me to tell me it was done, so I waited hours. Then they tell me they don’t know. They don’t know. They try telling me it might be my transmission and to go to another shop. I took it to another shop that charged me $90 and figured it out in an hour. Not the transmission. Just my distributor cap and rotor. They didn’t charge me $90 since I got it fixed with them. I paid $160 at this shop for literally nothing. If you are a woman who is not well versed in mechanics, don’t go here.

Overall the customer seems was always good. But I've found them to be overpriced repeatedly and when it came down to needing work put in they opted to give me a price to replace my engine instead of mechanic it. We won't be back. The experiences were altogether too unpleasant.

Great dependable service. They know what they are doing and they do it right. They provide a thorough inspection and estimate for the required service.

Highly recommend! The comprehensive inspection report provided after inspection is thorough and makes it much easier to understand your vehicle needs. I was also impressed with how quickly they were able to service my vehicle and the calls to report next steps. Thanks Trinity! ??

They do good work and are friendly people but priced very high. $1600 to change an alternator? Pass, and I had to keep calling them about my vehicle to get an update.(I ended up going somewhere else and paid about $700 total)

I came here for my first time to get my rear brakes and rotors replaced. I would say that their prices are decent and I will probably come back when my front brakes and rotors need replacing. Four stars because I was without my car for a day and a half but they did let me know they needed to keep it overnight. I also appreciated the phone call letting me know what was found and suggested during the free vehicle inspection and that I didn't feel pressured to buy any extras at that time. The staff is very as well.

Professional, polite and focused staff from the initial phone call to completion of work. Price was reasonable and final charge came in under the estimate, which is a rare thing. They were recommended to me by Carmax and did a great job. Very short walk to the Turnaround Cafe if you are waiting and want to grab a bite.

Really fast, safe, reliable service. My daughter's car was broken down at Corban University. A quick tow from AAA to Trinity, and a quick inspection, led to a fixed car in just a few days! The cost was very reasonable and no issues with their services. I would highly recommend them to fix your car or truck!

TLD - this place drastically overcharges, and I recommend looking elsewhere.I've taken my truck here a couple of times recently, and the prices seemed a little high but fair. My opinion changed when I took my wife's 2006 Volvo s40 in for repair last week.It was misfiring, and I barely made it to Trinity's shop in Turner. After its diagnosis, Trinity called to let me know it recommended replacing the five ignition coils, five spark plugs, and the spark plug sensor. It quoted $1,725.00. I immediately felt this was much too high, but I thought perhaps these foreign parts really just cost much more than domestic. Also noting the car was in no position to be driven as it was, I reluctantly agreed.I then called my Dad - a retired/disabled mechanic - for his opinion, and he told me it was a terrible deal. I called Trinity back in an attempt to cancel, but it had already started, so I just agreed to move forward. The final invoice was for $1,640.08 which included $1,038.00 parts, $599.08 labor, and a few bucks for misc. Even if high, I guess I can somewhat justify paying the labor cost for a few hours of work including diagnosis; however, the parts cost was outrageous. A quick online search shows kits for this car that contain all parts needed for this job for $131.34 for the cheapest to $292.00 for Bosch parts. Trinity charged me $168.65 per coil. I could have purchased an entire kit of five ignition coils and five spark plugs for less than Trinity charged me for a single ignition coil! Even if purchased directly from Volvo, an ignition coil would have only been $99.74.Now to be fair, I should note the car is running well, the turnaround time was quick, and the staff is thorough when explaining the issues, so it isn't all bad. In any case, I'm unhappy. I understand things are expensive in this economy. I understand it costs money to run a full-service shop with front desk staff, marketing, etc. With that said, the price I paid for this job isn't justifiable in my mind. I work hard for my money like everybody else, and I hate feeling like I've been ripped off. Trinity had what would have been a lifelong customer with both of our vehicles. I didn't want to have to search for a new auto shop. Trinity would have conceivably received many thousands of dollars from us for future work. Now I won't be going to Trinity again, and I don't recommend it to anybody else.
