I’m writing to share my deep frustration with the experience I had at your location while attempting to have my late father’s mail forwarded to me—a task that should have been relatively simple and handled with sensitivity.
Unfortunately, I was misinformed and given incorrect paperwork not once, but three separate times. Each time I returned, I was blamed for the errors despite following the instructions provided by your staff. This not only caused a significant waste of my time and energy but also added unnecessary stress during an already difficult period in my life.
To resolve the issue, I ultimately went to a different post office downtown Salem, where the process was handled correctly on the first try—highlighting the clear lack of training or attention to detail at your location.
Additionally, the employee who initially assisted me was extremely rude, dismissive, and unwilling to take accountability or make any genuine effort to resolve the issue. It was clear he was more interested in deflecting responsibility than actually helping.
I strongly urge your management team to review the training and customer service standards being upheld at this location. No one should have to go through what I experienced, especially when dealing with the affairs of a deceased loved one.

horrible post office. The people that are working, there are clearly not doing their job Or doing everything they can to get out of it, by being rude and nasty to the public.
A tall young man waited on me and absolutely refused to put the return address on the label that I bought or the name of the person it was being sent to! all there was on the label he made was the address of where it was going, I wish I could show you a picture that I have of it. Never after shipping hundreds of packages through USPS has anyone ever done that. And he blamed me saying I was telling him how to do his job because Asked him to put a return address in the name of the person it was going to on the label I was buying. I believe his name was Eric or Derek. Accountability.

I will never do business at this post office. And it is only 2 blocks from my house. The Older Asian lady is extremely rude and the supervisor will watch her rudeness. They really need to be retrained, coached on customer service and social skills.

I will not be coming back despite it being the closest post office. The workers are unpersonable. I recently found out that when I walked in and request the cheapest form of delivery for small package, they were not doing so. I've wasted money because of them. Overall, extremely disappointed.

I wouldn't even give one star if I had the option. I was staying at my sisters and I ordered something off Amazon and forgot to put the physical numbers of the address. I called the post office and he said bring my ID and I could pick up my package when I got there. He was so rude and under his breath he said this is bullshit. He said that the person that was receiving the package had to be there but she was at home she had just had surgery and these were her items she needed that I ordered he reluctantly gave me my package. And said to me, don't let it happen again. And forcefully threw the package on the counter .

Really nice folks. I have just moved to town and there were some confusion about whether I could have a mailbox in front of my house or not. Although I didn’t get the answer I wanted i was treated very respectfully by all of the staff. They are friendly, courteous and helpful. I do like small town customer service and over all vibe. It’s a good place to do business.

I have lived in Turner, Oregon since 2008, and I could not be happier with our local Post Office generally - and with my own mail carrier, Jordan Perkey, in particular. Our Postmaster, Pam, runs an absolutely excellent Post Office. She works very hard, personally, to keep the whole facility operating and maintained perfectly. Employees are always efficient, accurate, polite, friendly, and extremely good at their jobs. Mr. Perkey is a gem. Everybody appreciates and loves him in my neighborhood. He provides the very best of delivery services, while always being friendly and anxious to help however he can. Jordan has never made a delivery mistake that I am aware of, and he delivers not just the mail - he also consistently delivers an abundance of cheer and friendliness. I am so thankful for my WONDERFUL Post Office in Turner, especially for Pam, Jordan and Jessica! GREAT JOB, you guys! Harold Ford

I don’t want to give a one star review based on a single experience, but the one time I did go to this post office they had closed 15 minutes before the posted time on a Friday.
