I am very appreciative of the service provided, I know how busy everyone is, but I know that every time I come I make several transactions; therefore, they need to go inside the offices to complete the transactions they can not be at the window when everyone comes, it is just unreal, now with the COVID 19 situation I am just thankful that they have a drive thru. All staff is culturally diverse which is great and welcoming. I am very thankful of their services. I have not one complains about any of staff, I feel that if anyone is in a hurry, well... is your thing and it is not the bank's staff. thank you again :)

I was able to easily open accounts. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Hours are not what I'm used to but the convenience of this location forgives that. I'm grateful to have a branch that local!

I love my bank, but since the merger/expansion, customer services have been spread a bit thin. I lost my card while studying abroad and had to wait 6 weeks to get a replacement. Besides that, I have no other real complaints. I get 5 cents cash back on every debit card purchase, no foreign transaction fees, and online baking is a breeze. When I do go into a branch in person, the people are super friendly and always make sure to resolve my issues. My connected checking/savings makes it super easy to move money between accounts. I only wish the interest rate on the savings account was more than just 0.05%.

Discovered i lost my bebit card went in to see if someone had tried to use it and no one had so i then ordered a new card 3 weeks later still no card so i went back in and discovered it wasn't ordered again reordered a card waited this time 2 weeks went back in because I still had not received it discovered yet AGAIN IT HAD NOT BEEN ORDERED! the lady was nice said she could order it I said close the account forget it! If I didn't get it the first 2 times your not going to convince me it will come if I order it a 3rd time!

Customer service sucks. today I was in the drive thru rang call button more than once nobody came 5 minutes later still nobody just left went inside it's faster to do business inside than the drive thru not like they were busy at the time
