Hey caution renting here! We have had a units here for several years. Now…We can no longer reach anyone at the posted office number and they do not ever return messages. And on top, their website that used to be up for CRS Mini Storage, is now gone.
We do not live in the area, but have 2 units here and need to talk to management, but no answer, return phone call etc.
We have always paid promptly, and our account is up to date, but have some concerns if our payments are really going to CRS or where they are going.
