My vehicle is pre-owned & I am having it fixed, to be road/ off-road ready.
I had a constant alarm alerting of a problem w/ the vehicle.
I requested a tune-up expecting that it would resolve the issue.
I was called by Dukes and told my parking brake needed to be manually lifted to completely disengage, which is why it was alerting me of the issue. I was then told a tune-up wasn't going to fix the issue. With this information & how many miles are on the engine I decided to not move forward w/ the tune-up.
Dukes didn't charge me as well as not servicing my vehicle (second vehicle), for no reason.
I WILL be bringing my vehicles back to Dukes and I strongly recommend Dukes if you are looking for a Solid, Honest & Reputable mechanic!

This is a two-man operation - Zach and Duke. I always get good communication, great service, and reasonable prices. They explained everything, including costs, parts, cause, and process for getting my vehicle fixed. The one downside is that they can be hard to get in to get work done because they are in high demand. This is where I go for my mechanic work on all my vehicles. I recommend them for non-emergency car work.

I took my car for spark plugs and filters and it was all done very professionally and quickly!Duke also adressed the other concerns I had about my car and was able to put my concerns at ease and he is also reasonable about his pricing too...I would rather give my business to a small business than some of the corporate dealerships that charge way too much.He has been in business for many years and knows what he is doing!

Do NOT go here. We recently had an issue with our coolant reservoir and also needed a serpentine belt change. We paid $800 for faulty installation and ANOTHER mechanic at a different place had to properly install the hoses attached to the coolant reservoir. THEY NEVER PERFORMED A DIAGNOSTIC. They never plugged in the little computer to read the codes prior to working on our Fiesta.They "changed" out our water pump but didn't change the thermostat, resulting in overheating of our vehicl. We went back to Dukes so they can change out the thermostat for the cooling system. To no surprise, the car couldn't even drive 1 mile till it overheated, and they told us that it was fixed and they drove for 20 minutes no problem. But hey, they were willing to take $460 for a thermostat change. It's usually a $50 fix.All in all, they ruined our Fiesta with under 90k miles on it. Their lack of service actually caused an engine warp due to overheating because they didn't change the thermostat when they changed the pump,which is legitimate standard procedure. They never plugged in a diagnostic machine to read the codes, they just started working on the car.We legitimately had to buy a new car because of Dukes failures. Thanks Duke! *Sarcasm*I hope this review saves someone else before they get cheated.
