“Outstanding Service at the Umatilla Post Office – Thank You, Ms. Lori! Ms. Lori at the Umatilla Post Office is absolutely amazing! She always brings such a positive, welcoming vibe and is consistently quick, efficient, and professional, which honestly cannot be said about every postal location in town. Lori greets everyone with a genuine smile and makes every visit pleasant. As a small business owner, I especially appreciate how she has taken the time to educate me on the shipping process and show me how to save money using USPS online services. That kind of knowledge and willingness to help truly makes a difference. Customer service like this is rare and should be recognized. Thank you, Lori, for your hard work and dedication—you truly rock! ???✨”
