Super frustrating! Took a video and only two of the six big washing machines are working. I like to come here to wash my comforters but never again I'll go someplace else

****update 9/2/2025***
I have watched this laundromat go downhill steadily since whoever either took it over or bought it from the previous owner a few years ago. The only positive thing that I can say at this point is the owner has finally replaced all of the dryers, adding in 4 super large ones too, and the prices are still 25¢ for the regular size, & 50¢ for the super large ones. This was needing to be done since I started coming here.
Unfortunately, that's the only positive thing at this point. Last night I came to wash all of my bedding, & it was the worst experience I've had at any laundromat I've gone to.
There were only 2 front loaders working. The largest one is $7.25 now, the other front loader $4.25. The smaller one didn't spin out my load. Half of my stuff was not only extremely wet & not rinsed out, but everything I 'washed' wound up still dirty at the end of it all. Since I had to split the majority of my items into the smallest washing machines (those cost $3.25) I had to drive home to get more soap in order to wash all of my items. I spent well over $60 to wash my sheets & blankets & some hoodies. I would say at least a third of these items didn't come clean. I lost over $5 in the vending machine because it didn't spit out the items I tried to purchase, & I lost at least $3 in the smaller washing machine trying to get it to start the final time. No number I could find to call for a refund. The place was disgusting, hot, & overall it was just a horrible experience. I won't be bringing my money here ever again, I will take my business elsewhere. I spent between $100-150 here every year, but this last time was the final straw. I will never spend another dime in this place, the new owners have totally ran it into the ground, and it sucks.
***update 10/5/2023***
Still the only place around that's open 24 HRS. HOWEVER, this was the first time I've had issues with the washers or dryers. NOT ONLY did I have 3 of the front loading washing machines stop halfway through the load due to a 'slow drain' error (each machine cost me $4.50) but 2 of the dryers I used never even got hot (I put $1.75 in each one). When the washers acted up I had to pull all of the clothes out (these were the 3x front loader machines & they were half full of water at this point) there's only so many front loaders in the place & almost all were giving me error codes. I had to split the clothes up into the top loaders at $3 a load, adding $9 to each of the $4.50 I had already paid. Dryers caused me to take 2 large loads home soaking wet. I also lost $2 in the vending machine, I put in money to purchase dryer sheets which it never dispensed. In total I lost over $45 between the washing machines, the dryers, & the vending machine, ON TOP OF it taking over an hour
longer to finish my laundry, & I still had to take 2 full loads of laundry home wet, that I had to hang up to dry. Because there was no attendant on duty (obviously being in the middle of the night) I couldn't ask for refund on the money I lost & I did not see a phone number posted anywhere to get my money back (there could be a number posted & I just did not see it) The icing on the cake was the prices for the machines were higher, my favorite washer (the largest one) went up $2. For the last 3 years I've come here & I spend at least $50, sometimes as much as $75 doing my laundry monthly. I honestly would take broken floor tiles & a couple of top loader washing machines out of order over this crap. I never lost money coming here before.

It'll get the job done. The machines are reasonably priced. You have to watch which dryer you get, a few of them don't work well. Washing machines work great. I've been in there twice now and each time they really need to wipe that place down from top to bottom.
§§§§§ UPDATE §§§§ 6/23/2025
Last time I came here it looked as if somebody ripped the door off of a washing machine in the place was looking like it had been cleaned up from being flooded but the job was only done partially. Then I went to use the dryer three of them when it take coins so I kept having to move my clothes and when I finally did find a dryer that worked I noticed halfway through a cycle that one of my blankets had gotten caught up in a wire that was partially bent on the drum and it put a hole in it.
I work nights so it's really convenient to have a 24-hour laundromat but I think I'm just going to bite the bullet and go during the day to get my laundry done somewhere else.
