Auto Repair in Vale, OR

“Mike is absolutely amazing! We stopped in on our way through town after having issues with our truck and the time that Mike took to help us out was just unbelievable.
Small town customer service at its finest. His assistance and obvious knowledge and experience were so appreciated in our time of need. 5 stars does not even seem like enough praise for Mike and his business.”

“The owner of the shop and his son saw us stranded in a nearby parking lot with our hood open. It was late and they were closed, but they saw we needed help. We were 8 hours into a 14 hour road trip when an oil line burst and completely drained our engine of oil just as we entered Vale. They worked late to create a safe solution that would get my family back on the road in time for holiday festivities with our relatives. They were kind, honest, intelligent, and creative. They developed a solution on the fly with parts they had in shop and gave us guidance for a follow up visit to another mechanic when we arrived at our final destination. They were awesome! Highly recommend them! I need my car to breakdown next time we’re driving through just so I can work with them again. Forever thankful to them!”

“Had an emergency stop in Vale while heading to Bend-OR, Check Engine Light flashing after a pass on a Friday @ 4pm on Labor Day weekend. Needed codes scanned and determine if it was a serious problem. Sparkplug coil followed the coil, Beau & Morgan assessed the problem quickly had part sent from Ontario and had me back up on the road in less than an hour. Crazy fast, reasonable cost, I can't tell you how impressed I was about the service. Much appreciated!!!”
