My son payed for a rental online and when he took his storage items to his unit there was a lock on the door. He called the manager several times she turned off her phone. He followed the hours posted but after waiting an hour and a half for her to open up, called the Sheriff’s. Dept. At this point, consider Lincoln Storage a poor place to do business … now he’s in the process of reporting them to the BBB so he can get his money back, so save your money and get a crate!

This is a great facility to rent at, the owner is really nice and easy to work with and so are the other people I have met who work in the office. It is clean, well kept, and the whole time I was there I had no problems keeping my stuff safe the whole facility is well watched over. I would definitely recommend!

Yes, he charged me a late fee. That's because my payment was late. He called me and asked me to come pay my overdue bill. He was polite about it. I showed up and paid my bill and he didn't red lock it. If you keep your end of the contract, he keeps his.
