We made a reservation to stay here but canceled the same day, after new reviews showed up, which concerned us. So we did not stay. The photos are 5 years old. The Owner of this park needs to read Trip-Advisor and Yelp and address the issues and do something about it. This is a main thoroughfare, and there is an RV park called River Point RV not too far away which has massive spaces and is nearly full by evening with people staying one night on their way to their destination, which shows how much business this place is loosing. It looked so cute in the old photos & the town of Vale is cute. Please bring this park back to its potential, and make people feel safe. At least get onto social media and address customers concerns.

Absolutely the nastiest RV park we’ve ever stayed at. While the grounds are acceptable. There is a ton of semi traffic, vehicle traffic and train traffic. The bathrooms were not clean nor cleaned at any point over the two days we spent there. You could roll in after dark, exhausted, with full black tanks, completely out of water and need power….and you should keep driving! ?

Went to get propane, some dude working there wearing a belt with plastic bullets in it treated the person before me and myself like we were only there to cause problems and was very short tempered and nasty. Do not go here for anything

We had a great experience on the week we spent there for a wedding and family get together. Linda was working the office and was a great host.

Pull through site wasn't because the permanent resident in the next site used my egress as a parking spot. Large aggressive dog lunged at me and my puggle from a shed built onto a permanent resident site. Rope didn't allow him to reach us, but it was frightening. I won't be back.

I can understand being in a small town the fact that the proprietors of this establishment require a background check on its tenants but, just because you perform a background check on people does not mean you're going to get high-quality individuals as tenants IMO.24 hours at this location and I decided it was not for me, too expensive and too crowded, no thanks and I gave two stars because it would be a nice place if they would update it to the current century. Old, dilapidated and sad, don't pay to stay here,,unless you are Despacito lol keep on trucking friends, just my two pence ..

Easy in and out. Spaces are small. Train tracks are about 30 feet from the edge of the park. Facility maintenance is uneven. Camp host is very friendly.

Our basic needs for water, sewer & 50 amp power were met. Other than that, the laundry & restroom/showers were not very clean. The couple caretaking it are very nice, just seem to need more help.

Nice rural park. Friendly staff. A bit dated and not well suited to 35+ Class A w toads unless you have an AC power extension and 50' water hose. Sites are gravel and a bit uneven. Waste connection was above the site level making it a little difficult.

These people are extremely rude. They told us we couldn't stay there for a long period of time because our camper wasnt nice enough and then kicked my family and I out because of my dog. The bathrooms are disgusting and never cleaned.

Grateful we were able to stay on a monthly basis for a few months. Hookups were great. Location good. Be mindful it's tight next to working train tracks. They don't run constant and when running we weren't overwhelmed by the noise. The trains run slow. Every Wednesday there is a livestock auction that's just behind the park. You can hear the auctions and sometimes they go pretty late into the night. We were here in late winter so we didn't smell anything from the stock yards, not sure how it is on the heat of summer. The park is aging and showing wear and tear. It's advertised online as a resort. Not sure why. There's nothing extra about this park. The bath house is old and needs some repairs. The showers aren't cleaned regularly. Take your own extra towel to use for a bathmat. The office staff was always friendly and professional when I visited the office to pay.

I stay for 3 months there while working in Idaho. Very quiet and clean. Definitely would go back to this RV park. Thanks for the great service and excellent customer service.
