We first found Indigo ranch 10 years ago and our wonderful Samoyed at the time loved it! She boarded there when we went on trips. She sadly passed 7 years ago and now we've opened our hearts to our newest family member a Shepsky mix! She loves it there and has boarded there, as well as attended their doggy day camp. We have so much trust in Indigo ranch as both dogs have questioned if they wanted to come home with us after their visit since they had so much fun😉

Unfortunately, the 2 stars comes from the administration aspect of their business. I have attempted to contact Indigo Ranch at various dates and times to schedule boarding for my dog, but have never heard back, or had anyone pick up the phone. I attempted to call 1 time per day, at different times, different days of the week, even using my friend's phone as well, with no call back. That would really suck if I had a dog staying there and was gone from the area and had a change of plans. On the daycare side, I had my dog stay there for one day in the past, and it seemed like she had a good time and was treated well.

I can’t say enough good things about this facility. I adopted two chihuahuas from the sister organization, Indigo Rescue, in 2020. I won’t board them anywhere else. They have a small dog section for the under 20lb or so pups with their own turnout space. Staff treats them like pets, hanging out with them throughout the day like they were at home. It’s a drive for me, all the way from Camas, WA, but well worth it!

I have ordered 2 different dogs over the years and the staff was very responsive to their needs and my dogs loved the farm life on the ranch. I would recommend this place to anyone and often Do so.

Rudest people working the phone. Sick that you find wounded animals funny.

My dog, Elton, loves being boarded here and being free to run around. I have always come back from my trips to a happy, healthy, and tired pup which is a huge comfort to me. They really care about their boarders which makes the hour drive worth it!

This adoption agency doesn't seem too interested in getting their dogs adopted. 2 years ago my partner and I found the dog we wanted on their website through pet finder. After about a month long emailing process my partner and I finally got to meet the pup. We fell in love and wanted to move forward. A full week later they got back to us and said they didn't think we would be a good fit for this pup. They didn't say why at all. Their reasoning was the pup "would probably have a better life in a different home." I just looked at their website and it turns out the same dog is still up for adoption... sounds like that dogs been living its best life in foster care not having a forever home.
