When the mail person delivers packages to Apts. He often forgets to put the key to the package box in your mailbox. It’s very frustrating, especially on the weekend when you can’t get a hold of anyone in the office.

They have my package but they are so unorganized have me waiting for two hour disappointing but I wouldn't even bee that mad but they were being mean and I heard them laughing because I been waiting so long on my package

I needed insurance for a package, and they tried to say it would be $100. I took the same item to UPS and they charged me only $2.50 insurance for the same package. Just saying it’s kind of a rip off for small business owners selling product online.
