Went there to get a wireless charger for my phone because my charging port was broken. The product had the wrong usb cable included for the wireless charger. Went back hoping they could swap the regular cable for me. They treated me like I was trying to con them into giving me a free usb micro cable. I was missing some pieces and had to go back to my camp site to get the rest so I could return it. They had to inspect the package to make sure everything was included(it was) . They gave me the refund, but we would have both been better off if they would have just given me a micro usb cable to make the product whole. They even said they couldn't put it back on the shelf because it had the wrong cable. Ridiculous.

Reach out the Ace locations along the coast are relatively small, but each has most of what you need and shine unique items. Staff are helpful.

Decent customer service but due to the return policy I'll never buy another tool there as long as I have.
Never had a place not be willing to return a tool that didn't get used for the job because it wasn't the right tool and wouldn't work.
This store does and it's the only Ace hardware ever had to do that.

Seriously the worst Ace Hardware I have ever been to. No customer service, zero. Not even after I greeted them "hello". Even after the new owners took over, this place is still rude and as unhelpful as can be. It worth the drive to Newport Ace hardware.

Unknowledgeable staff. Poor selection. Charged me double what the item price was marked at. Refused to honor their advertised price. Do yourself a favor and find a Home Depot that honors their advertised prices and has a good selection.
