“I went in today after customer service advised to go to the bank in person to resolve my issues not being able to log in to the new upgraded app. Its still not available when it was suppose to be. Antoine is always pleasant and informed and another teller helped, a gentleman in his upper 20s, sorry didn't catch his name was also kind, apologized for the inconvenience, which they are inconvenienced as well and cant log in. I grew up in a rural area growing up, population 550, is why I chose to retire here in waldport. You have kind people that treat you human and not just a random client. Thank you for being kind, as there are people a lot older than me that need it. I miss the days of checks and no internet. Wish we could go back to that. But 1st Security in Waldoprt comes very close. Thank you.”
