Having a busy schedule I do not always take time for meals. I had decided to supplement with protein shakes from here! My first shake took half hour to obtain ! Due to visitors with staff!Decided to try again, 2nd visit also took half hour to obtain my shake, person at counter started my order then stopped for 10 minute visit with another customer.One last try!Girl at counter not well trained kept referring to manual, then took a phone call putting my order on hold! I told her I’d come back for my order, went and got gas, went to post office, and returned! My order had not yet been started!! I canceled my order and left and won’t be back for my daily $5 drink !! Say goodbye to my $140/mo ! Not to mention 3 friends who planned to do the same!!

Wonderful gym with most everything you'll need for a good workout. Prices are amazingly affordable. The owner is very kind, helpful, and laid back. I've only had positive experiences there, both with staff and customers alike.

I love working out at this gym! It’s close to home and has everything I need to sweat it out— Fairly priced and those smoothies are delicious too! I love being able to go there at 10pm or 3am if I felt like it. ?
