Okay DG store. Some items priced way too high but mostly a good deal. Store is always a mess. Carts everywhere left in the way. Hard to access items. Shelves half stocked. Boxes everywhere. Staff is overly pleasant and helpful.

I've been to many $ General stores along the Oregon coast. This is the best one by far. They have the Bobby Brooks sweat pants/tshirts that I like. Some stores only have the tshirts.
All the employees are nice/helpful. Rocky explained a USB-C phone cord to me. I don't like technology and can get frustrated with it.
He was patient and kind with me and explained things in a way that I understood.
When I left I felt like an old dog that had learned something new. Thank you Rocky! ☺️

Very friendly and helpful staff! I saw the newest young woman they hired stop what she was doing to help a disabled woman shop. Prices are always great, they added produce which greatly helps if you can't afford to shop at the local grocery store.

What is with the pricing and staff at this location? I have the App. on my phone, and could find the item, but the valid digital coupon on the shelf would not show up on the App. anywhere. I asked the cashier for help. She stated she was new, went and found someone else, they managed to discount the item, but still did not match the coupon. As it was only 20 cents, I apologized for the hassle, took my items and left.
Right after I walked out the door a woman ran after me. She stated, “next time you come in, could you not use foul language with my cashier? Dumbfounded, I asked what she was talking about. She said the new cashier stated I used the ‘F’ word. I told her it never happened, I don’t use that kind of language. I further told her I was contacting their corporate office for the false accusation.
I contacted Dollar General, reported the incident, asked them to review the cashier video, which will clearly show I was polite in every way. This accusation is uncalled for, and the cashier making this false statement needs to be addressed. I will never set foot in another Dollar General.

The staff here is rude, and always muttering under their breath. Last time I was in there they were blasting RAP music at the registers!

This store has NO outside lights that work at the front entrance, my 78 year old mother fell off the steps due to NO lighting. At 5:30pm on Nov 18th it’s very dark outside. Corporate and the store manager have been told the lights Don’t work. The lights still don’t work even after an elderly person has falling and got injured. Please don’t allow your elderly family members to vist this store after dusk. Shame on Dollar General for not keeping its store well lighted at dark.

I go to Dollar general when I’m in a hurry and it takes like 5 minutes and it has pretty high quality when it comes to food and clothes the toys aren’t the best but they occupy kids and they love them. I highly recommend going here.

The store is regularly closed due to "issues" for whatever reason on almost a weekly basis. Manager forgot their keys, registers are never working, short staffed. Whatever it is they have some excuse of a sign on their doors for why they are closed. D.G. needs to fix whatever the problems are and help this town out.

Do not buy vanilla visa gift cards I purchased one for $60 and before I could drive home it was hacked and spent leaving .04 and I am still struggling to get with dollar general or the visa card company to fix it!!

If I could give this place a .5 out of 5 star, I would. They don’t even deserve the 1 star. Always rude, lines are insane, manager is ignorant, no one stocks the shelves or cleans the floor, music is too loud, and most of all- the employees don’t seem to love their job. Disappointed, honestly.
