Used this storage place for years. Closed my storage June 2nd, bill due on 6th. Was paid a month in advance, however got the run around for refund. It's now August 11th, still no refund, no return call from mentor that I was told to call. BEWARE THEY CHEAT. GOING TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH STATE. DIDN'T USE THE MONTH, DESERVE THAT MONEY BACK. HORRIBLE TREATMENT FROM THESE THIEVES.

Great prices and super nice. Only one person there so make sure to call before you go to make sure they are available. They will show you the u it’s which are very nice and help with any questions. Even let me schedule a time to come by. Heated and roomy. Paved roads for easy access for all vehicles. Recommend to anyone.

Over the phone the new manger Hailee was very nice and very responsive! Insured me that I would have a spot when I came in and was very reasonably priced, place seems super quite and lot was clean. Would recommend 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

I’ve had a number of units at this facility for years, and I have had nothing but positive experiences with them. I find the prices fair, the site secure and accessible, and the convenience makes my day to day routine manageable and easy. The managers are very responsible and professional, and give a degree of personal service and interaction that makes me feel welcome and at ease. Overall I give a wholehearted recommendation to anyone looking for a solution to their storage needs.

We have been using this storage facility for 4 years now for our travel trailer and household items. Staff is wonderful and caring. Very secure! Highly recommend them!

This is a great storage facility! Clean and secure units available in so many different sizes at an affordable rate. The manager is very friendly and accommodating even after hours in case of emergencies! The grounds are kept up and secure for your peace of mind storing your valuables at this facility would recommend 10 out of 10

terrible customer service. Gloria and her husband--the on site managers--are rude, sexist and inept at their jobs. they're never in the office during posted hours. they have severe restrictions on my ability to access my paid unit. and Glorias husband will literally walk or drive by myself or my fiancé a dozen times while we are at our personal units. I spoke with the owner, Phil, a local realtor at Waldport Realty, about these managers and the treatment I was subjected to--including lies, false information and unprofessional conduct--and was told I had two weeks to get out. my family has known Phil for well over 50 years. and this is the treatment we are subjected to when we bring up to him the inept management team that he has in place. I'm pursuing legal action now. against both Gloria and her husband, Phil and the storage company itself.

Just gave up my storage unit. Everything went super well. Very nice people to deal with. I'll be back if I need another unit.

Amazing service, well maintained, security is the best one can ask for, with owners on site 24 7 for keeping your stuff safe, I have nothing but good things to say, couldn't recommend these guys enough.

I do not recommend anybody to rent these storage units. The people there Sonja and Al are very rude and violent. They will get in your face and cuss you out for nothing. They will damage your things and your vehicles. If you give them a key to your unit, there may be things that will come up missing. The units are not clean. They have rats and feices in them. This place is awful and very evil. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

This place is awful. The manager and security are very rude and violent people. Very unprofessional. The storage had rat feices all in them. If someone has a storage unit there, they are not allowed to bring anybody to help them even if the person can't get around or lift anything they still are not allowed the help. That's pretty sad on the manager and security part. Very bad people. I would not recommend anybody to rent a storage unit from these people cause they will be harassed, they will get in your face and even damage your vehicle. Not a good place. Very evil.
