Just put a card swipe on the bathroom door and and charge $1 a swipe. The current process is a surefire way to be universally hated.

Don’t waste your time stopping here. I pulled in to get fuel and warm up (riding in the rain on a motorcycle), and after fueling, I went in to use the restroom, which had a key code. When I asked for the code, the employee just said, “It’s on the receipt.” Of course, the pump didn’t print a receipt, so I had to walk back out in the rain for nothing. Rather than give them any more of my business, I got back on my bike and went to the truck stop 10 minutes down the road. It’s cleaner, cheaper, and has way better service.

I was having a bathroom emergency and also only had 30 miles left in my gas tank as I approached warm springs, so I was very grateful that this shell was available. I quickly parked and ran inside, explaining to the front desk employees that I was going to get gas but needed to use the bathroom first. This is a heads up for anyone needing the bathroom that they won’t give you the bathroom code unless you’ve already made a purchase, and that the bathroom code may be found on my receipt, as is written in giant letters all over their store. I understand that they likely need to avoid the freeloading bullshit that often takes place at a gas station, however I do not present as someone who is going to shoot up drugs in their bathroom. So, I only filled my tank with $20 instead of the full tank of about $45 worth that I would have otherwise purchased had I not been in such a rush to use the bathroom. And guess what? The gas pump was out of receipt paper and the cashier had to give me the bathroom code anyway. 3 stars because she was very nice once she decided to give me the code.
Hahahahahah just read through literally all of the other reviews for this place and sounds like these employees are VERY protective of the access code for their disgusting bathroom. So weird.

After a wrong turn, we happened to stop at this gas station to pump some gas. After pumping gas, my wife and kid badly needs to use the restroom, so we went inside and asked if we can use the restroom. A lady cashier gave us a nasty look and said, we need to buy something. I told her I just spent $60 worth of gas. Again she said with attitude that I needed to buy something to use the restroom. Spending more money to use the restroom was not even worth it. By the time we used it, it was dirty and it smells bad

Its fine. I didnt think i was in a dangerous part of oregon until i got to this gas station with a locked bathroom. They require you to buy something before using the bathroom, and it's not worth it. It's kind of gross and dirty. It's definitely not a handicap accessible bathroom or one for little kids. No changing table. There are no paper towels.
