Eric always gets us in and out on schedule, and his diagnostic skills and honesty are next to none. We bring in business vehicles also and he knows how important it is to keep them in working order and on the street making us profit. You won't find a cleaner, more organized shop.

Can't comment on his mechanic skills. However, his demeanor seems to be very rude.
He hung up on us while trying to make an appointment. And I'm not sure why.

Eric was very gracious considering I showed up a week early. He confirmed the correct date and I was on my way. I found him through word of mouth and everyone who recommended him spoke very highly of him and only had good things to say about him and his work!

Great job, fast, efficient and reasonable. Fawcett's charged me just over $400 for a job the Honda dealer wanted $2,400 to do. Very impressed and will definitely use them again.
